Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking. Any additional guests are required to park off-site. Street parking is available on both 5th and 6th street, a short, paved walk down 16th Ave.

Long term tenants over 28 days may be required to sign a separate rental agreement, provided by the host, for the booked duration.

We ask that you please keep any noise down to a respectable level.

Please use the microwave venting when cooking on the induction burners.
