-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

The apartment was great in its layout and conveniently located for getting to activities around the Boise area. The beds were comfortable and the separate bathrooms made our stay very easy. The kitchen was nice and clean. Check in was easy.

Cute condo

I love staying at this complex because my parents live nearby and this condo was very cute. It was very welcoming to my dog and even had a little bed, dish and toy waiting for him. It's nice to be able to use the pool when it's hot and there was deck right out back of our room for sitting. Two full baths would make this a great place to stay if one of my daughters came with me next time!

Great little condo. It was clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. There was a mix up with the community amenities and the host corrected the problem the best she could and compensated us fairly. As far as the description goes, the clubhouse had a racquetball court (not pickleball), and although the workout room was spacious, there was not much equipment. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they weren’t very crowded, which the kids appreciated.
