With all the essentials in this home, you’re set up for success with the appliances you might need including a washer and dryer, private access to the entire home, parking garage and best of all - top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses with hotel-grade linens in all rooms including the bunk beds, to ensure that each and every member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep.



In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more.



We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!



This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, minutes from the freeway and located within just two miles of the year round festivities of the popular Village in Meridian, you have quick and easy commute time to get around the Treasure Valley.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:



$50 for 1 dog



$100 for 2 dogs



Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.



Smoking & Substance Policy

Neighborhood Quiet Hours

City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
