Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Potential. Leider merkt man, dass es vernachlässigt wird.Check in durch Schlüsselsafe sehr unkompliziert.Innenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.Balkon und Außenanlagen müssten mal wieder überarbeitet werden.Trotzdem ein sehr toller Urlaub und der Meerblick ist außergewöhnlich schön.

Bewertung für Ferienwohnung "Ostseeblick" in BoiensdorfDie Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber und ordentlich, was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Allerdings merkt man deutlich, dass das Haus insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen ist – eine Renovierung würde hier definitiv guttun, um dem Namen "Ostseeblick" wieder voll gerecht zu werden.Was die Unterkunft aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die herrliche Ruhe. Wer abschalten und dem Alltag entfliehen möchte, findet hier genau das Richtige. Die idyllische Lage sorgt für maximale Entspannung.Insgesamt: Sauberkeit top, Zustand verbesserungswürdig, Ruhe und Erholung garantiert.

Ausstattung der Wohnung
Es gab kein Check Inn, Der Schlüssel lag in einem Schlüsseltresor. Eine Übergabe der Wohnung fand nicht statt. Die dort ausliegenden Unterlagen waren veraltet. Zum Beispiel in den Unterlagen stand ein Betrag in Höhe von 25,00 Euro und tatsächlich wurden für die Endreinigung 60,00 Euro kassiert. Dieses wurde dann in der Wohnung hinterlegt. Handtücher waren im Preis, aber pro Person ein Duschtuch und ein Handtuch. Auch fehlte Inventar was auf den Unterlagen stand aber in den Schränken fehlte.
