The service is great and even before arriving they reached out to arrange for transportation from the airport. The check in was quick. The room are big and clean with a good bed. The only negative is that the room is a bit cold and the heater are not working effectively. The breakfast is full of fruit and smoothies and good selection of what’s needed for a good breakfast In this price range you really get value for the money

The hotel has great location with a lot of dinning and attractions to visit within 5 min walk. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and knowledgeable as for the rest of the staff is really friendly who goes above and beyond to provide a nice experience. Also the breakfast is great! Buffet style with different options

Great place to stay and worth the price. Been visiting Bogota since 2014 as tourist and on a business trips. This place is one of my top choices. The hotel is located in very nice and safe upscale area, very walkable and close to the park, mall, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The front desk provided professional and swift customer service. Great breakfast choice. I know they have a nice gym, but I didn’t have a chance to use it, so not sure about it. All and all this place is a solid choice, will stay again.

Extremely unprofessional, bad communication and rude. I had a confirmed reservation and when I arrived to the airport, even though we had requested airport transfers, there was not driver and had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. While going to the hotel, the driver received a call from the front desk and was told to drop me off to a different branch. They didn't say why. When I arrived at the Trade Center branch (far from where I was supposed to stay), the front desk employee told me my reservation was cancelled. I asked for the supervisor who came and told me that another group had decided to extend their stay. I asked for the Director who came and gave me the same excuse. UNBELIEVABLE! excuse...I guess here, no matter if you have a reservation, if someone decides to stay longer, that's OK. Then they ended up taking me to another (third) branch called TELEPORT. Picture attached (they left a note in the room with some fruit and this is how they fixed a $120 thousand dollar loss because I couldn't attend the meeting to the embassy and complete some business meetings I had set up at the original location. They lied to me because this is the excuse the Guest Relations manager, Juanita Torres, from the Hacienda HR hotel gave me: "we have been forced to transfer your reservation to another hotel due to some water pipe damage in the rooms we have available" Looking at other reviews, I see the same manager giving the same excuse "water pipes" to other customers. Extremely disappointed. Just try W hotel or the Hilton in Bogota....way better service.

Arrived a week ago, the hotel is pleasant, the lady in the front desk was a bit nervous . The breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. The staff in the dining room most efficient and friendly. The room big and organized well.

I’ve been to Bogota a few times, and like to think I know the city fairly well. The last time before this trip I stayed in Santa Barbara district and immediately fell in love with the vibe across the septima in Usaquen. So naturally I wanted to be in Usaquen with its picturesque streets, calm vibe away from the hustle and bustle of a city with 8 million people 😆 I’ve saw that NH Collection has several locations throughout Bogota. But this has the best views and also in the best neighborhood. Aside with the comfort, easy access to the mall and views they also have the best service I’ve ever had in Bogota. The staff is very engaging and most speak English fluently. Help from Laura at the front desk made my experience so much better and saved me hours everyday that I had some time to do shopping. She spoke perfect English and could totally relate to the concerns one might have doing shopping in a foreign country and getting by using rideshare and getting around. At one point I gave the hotel # to my Uber driver and she directed him to where I need to go and where to bring me back. Davidson was nice too, Very grateful for NH staff, they went above and beyond during my stay.

After visiting Bogota 30 times over teh years, this weekend stay was the first in this NH Collection. Going forward, I will use this hotel for all my trips. Great bed, wonderful shower, a turn-down service in the late afternoon (or whenever requested), immediate taxi available, all great things when on a business trip. The breakfast is creative (many fruit juices, yogurts, breads and cheeses, and they bring fresh pastries to your table when they come out of the oven. You can walk through the mall and into the neat part of Usaquen, with restaurants, and shops, making this location truly excellent. There are 5 hotels in Bogota with the NH label, so be sure that you provide the full name of the hotel ("NH Collection" is not enough) to avoid confusion with texis, or meeting other people.

Do to my work I have to travel to Bogota once a month, there is no other hotel where I'll stay, the location is perfect since it is close to many restaurants and right next to a shopping center with all sorts of stores and restaurants, what brings me to this hotel every month? is the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, but even more, the service of all the employees, especially of Edwin, that is the one person that receives me, every time since I arrive late and is always with a surprising kindness. I recommend this hotel over any hotel in Bogota.

What a great hotel! Really good location and comfy room, but most of all - excellent service. A special shout out to Thomas who was just amazing. Will definitely stay here again :) Highly recommend it. Really good comfy, quiet, clean room with fabulous view. :)

Stayed at the hotel with my family in December. The stay was very comfortable and the service was excellent and professional (especially Tomas and Laura at the front desk). We dined one night at the restaurant and the food was excellent as well. Keep it up
