The apartments was spacious & clean. There is restaurant, Gym, Hair Salon, own taxis waiting at the front door. All the staff was super nice & helpful. As far as location it depends what you are going to do. It has one of the best shopping centers across the the street as well as drug store & dry cleaners but it is kind of far (because of traffic) from the trendy places as well as good restaurants.

Good place and value for families across from Unicentro mall. We had a most comfortable two bedroom two bathroom with amble closet space for a two week stay. I don't recommend the first floor as one of the apartments is used for breakfast so one is awakened by chopping sounds at 6:00, salsa music and employees talking loudly even though no one was actually eating breakfast at the time. Overzealous vacumming at 7:00 am as well. Free Wi-Fi and gym. Hot water at all times which is a must for me in Colombia. The room was clean but the carpet was filthy. It needs to be professionally steamed cleaned. My daughter's white socks were completely black by the end of the day and are still stained after washing. Staff were most gracious and helpful. Room service was attentive and very quick. I liked there was a dry cleaner with reasonable prices on site but the lady at the desk was less than gracious and sullen. My reservation was paid in full so I was taken aback that when I went to check out I was given a bill which consisted of a "hotel insurance" and 16% tax for each day. When I complained I was told it was voluntary and it was removed from the bill.

Congratulations to orbitz, everything was perfect the hotel wonderful. We had a wonderful holiday

The apartments did not have a steady hot water service and it can get very cold in a cold environment such as Bogota. But the service, the privacy and the amenities make up for any inconvenience. Concerts, get togethers, artisans on Sunday, it's own religious services, breakfast included it was all inside the hotel with the best of security. I'm definitely going back Next to a mall 1000 stores if not more

This was a great place to stay at. The location close to the mall gives you easy access to shopping, dining and banking. I found it even easy to take public transportation to the downtown area and taxis are plentiful. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The negative side was paper thin walls, so you can hear everything next door. The microwave in the room was broken and the shower door did not stay closed, so water would spill out into the bathroom. The wi-fi did not work in our room in the 8th floor, so we had to go down to the 5th floor or patio to get a signal. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not great. Nice place for week stay. Area seems safe, but as anywhere in Bogota, always be on guard.

The message system is poor. The phone ddidn't have a light to advert guest of new messages. We had to keep dialing #6 to get them. We also missed a lot of messages, and the reception staff was unfriendly. When I approached to leave a message for people visiting, it was never delivered. She also insisted we had a light on the phone but we didn't in our apartment. The internet connection which is advertised never worked. They said that the WIFI signal was not good in our building. I wonder what business travelers would do... Last but not least, the food was terrible. I expected a great breakfast as Colombia is known for its delicious fruits and breads. It was a poor american breakfast with white breads. The meals at the main dining restaurant were far from good, and the service was slow, untimely and incomplete. The service staff at The Cafe Colombia were very nice, and the apartment and the hotel facilities were beautiful.

The hotel was ok. Good location. Should have told us that there was a charge for local calls. The food for the room service was poor. Pigeons out side of window very annoying. To much noise from parties in court yard

Beautiful Hotel. We will definately stay here again the next time we visit Bogota.

If you like classic colonial archtecture in a modern age, this is the place to be. The price for the quality enviroment superceeds all the name brand chain hotel. None of the major hotels offer the space and quality esp for the price. Their court yards are filled with shops, vendors and resturants to suite your needs. You are a block away from shopping mall for all major to minor needs not found on premis. The internet is fast, secure and easily accessed. Room service is on point and responds promptly to any call. Security discretely roves the facility dressed as the rest of the professional staff and will call at slightest discrepency to ensure your safety. An amazing expereince and well worth the value.

Is good, in special because i have spce for my children an di can to cook. Is clean and close the Mall.

This Hotel would not allow my Wife in due to security issues. Very unfriendly staff. They also have hidden charges when you go to check out, Very Rude!!!!!!

I was there for two night. The moment you enter the gates of the hotel , you are in a different world, which is far from the nosiy congested city of Bogoto. Excellent service and very nice staff.

This hotel is great for the business travel and if your are a single traveler. Great rooms great service and secure location.

They charge for security that I never seen and never said they were going to. The taxi drivers were very expensive and even asked me to Rambo with them at nite. I was so upset as I am married with 4 children. The hotel taxi drivers should not be hitting on women when they are alone visiting friends. Everything broke in the rooms. The room service was expensive. 15 dollars for breakfast is out of line. I waited to speak to a manager but manager was always busy to talk to me. The front desk held my passport until I paid my bill which I was charged for stuff that I knew nothing of. I was even charged for making local calls and local calls to cell phones. I was charge tips that I was giving to the staff. If I knew they were going to charge me 16 percent in tips, I would of never of given tips. This was by far the worse stay in a hotel apartment ever.

We chose this hotel b/c it was centrally located, very clean, safe, near the mall, decent restaurants on site. We mostly visited family, near enough to the airport, went to Cartagena and baranquilla.

the hotel was located centrally, the rooms were very clean, but lacked bathroom towels. The breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel but it was a buffet style..pretty good and the hotel got us a rental car discount.
