Guest Access: You’ll have the entire house to yourselves. Entry is easy and secure with a keyless lock for self check-in.

🛏️ Bedroom Notes:
While most bedrooms are traditional, please note that 3 of the 10 bedrooms are unique:

Basement dorm-style room: Includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and 1 full bed — great for kids or groups.

Cozy bonus room: A converted closet with 2 twin floor mattresses — best for flexible or short-term sleeping arrangements.

Multi-use room: Features a pull-out sofa and can serve as a living room or bedroom. This room also provides access to the hot tub and backyard, so foot traffic is likely.

These non-traditional rooms allow flexibility for larger groups, but I always recommend reviewing the layout to make sure it suits your needs.

Getting around Bloomington is easy from this location:

Two bus lines are just a short walk from the house.

A bike trail just 2 blocks away connects directly to downtown Bloomington and College Mall.

Bloomington is a small, accessible town, and taxi and rideshare fares are typically inexpensive.

Whether you’re driving, biking, walking, or using public transportation, this home offers great access to the best of Bloomington.

Pool is open from May 1 - Oct 1. It is solar heated.

Parking: If you plan to bring more than 6 vehicles, please let me know at the time of booking. I may need to make arrangements for additional parking.

Fees:

Cleaning fee: $350 per stay

Extra guest fee: $30 per person, per night (applies to guests beyond the base rate)

Garage Access: The attached garage is not available for guest use. Please note that cleaners may need to access the garage during your stay for occasional maintenance or supply access.
