I check my email the day or so prior to arrival all of info we need to get into the house along with wifi password were sent. The house looked just like the pictures it was cleaned and neat. It gives you that home away from home feel. It was very comfortable. There were no complaints on how the beds sleep everyone said they sleep very well from the pillows to the mattress. The location was good as far as stores and restaurants we were 30 minutes out from the Convention Center of course we knew that this was a question asked prior to booking. We didn't mind the drive considering the accommodation the house gave. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. There ls a small parked that has a gate access code to it. If booking be sure to ask for the code if you like to visit which we did not. There was a propane grill there you will have to be sure it's filled if you plan on grilling. We weren't sure about using it nor how that goes as far as whom supply the gas. So we asked and got a reply back a day later. We did give it much thought considering it's Spring Break time and people are up an moving. She was fine with it being used just asked that it cleaned after it's used. Which is the right thing to do. We were from Florida & Mississippi so the weather was a bit different considering ours. It's windy and cool even in the 60's we were packed for a bit of everything due to us checking the weather prior. OVER ALL GREAT STAY AND EXPERIENCE BOOK YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!
