Great Villa

The booking process and communications with the owner were great. There were a couple of issues with discrepancies in English and French listings in that the English listing did mot mention the €250 fee for bed linen and towels and €100 for cleaning. We paid it and all was ok. Marika was waiting for us when we arrived despite being an hour late. The villa was comfortable and adequately equipped although the Smeg coffee machine is no longer there. There are no WCs in the bedroom en-suites which was strange only two wcs for 12 people.Some of the fixtures are a bit tired in particular the WC seat in the entrance is badly damaged and the vanity cupboard door is shabby. The pool is great. One of our concerns was the steps leading to the entrance. These are tiled and the steps are almost invisible on the way down. We had a couple of near misses so stuck some yellow tape on the edges. Notwithstanding we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others, just needs a little TLC.

Une magnifique villa

Nous avons découvert cette magnifique region de Biscarrosse entre les lacs et l’océan. La villa est encore plus spacieuse et jolie que sur les photos. Elle est toute équipée et aménagées pour les petits et les grands. Un super séjour! Merci à nos hôtes!

Une maison spacieuse et tranquille dans un cadre magnifique.

Nous y avons passé une semaine avec enfants et petits enfants. Tout est bien conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Deux grands frigos, une vaisselle très abondante, de nombreux jeux et jouets, un trampoline et une table de ping-pong sont des atouts qui nous ont plu. La piscine est chauffée uniquement par le soleil donc début mai, c'était très, très frais !!!La très grande table ronde extérieure avec plateau tournant au centre est vraiment top !La proximité du golf est un plus.Seul petit point négatif, les planches des toilettes ne sont pas adaptées !!!Nous avons passé une très chouette séjour.

We loved it!

The House is beautiful decorated, spacy, and very well equiped. We stayed for 2 Weeks with Friends and we enjoyed every minute. It was easy to communicate with the Owner Mathieu and Sophie, and thanks to the housekeeper Marika for all support during our stay. For sure, we will come back.

Des vacances inoubliables

Nous avons été impressionnés de la propreté des lieux et du cadre. Villa située aux abords du Golf de Biscarrosse Lac permettant d’avoir accès aux services touristiques de la ville : jeux d’eau, pistes cyclables, etc. La villa est vraiment très bien entretenu et dispose de l’ensemble des ustensiles et couverts. La piscine n’est pas chauffée mais nous avons tout de même bien profiter de celle-ci. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil. Ces vacances resteront des vacances inoubliables !

Our vacation in France

Très belle maison

La villa est récente, propre, bien équipée et très grande (nous etions 9, dont 5 enfants), le jardin superbe avec la grande terrasse abritée et la piscine. Environnement très calme au milieu des pins et proche du lac, comme de l'océan. Possible de louer des vélos livrés à la résidence Pierre et vacances à 300 mètres. Les pistes cyclables sont toutes proches pour faire de très jolies ballades.

Location juste magnifique, encore plus belle et plus grande que sur les photos. Elle est très très bien équipée. (adultes, ado, bébé) Nous n avons manqué de rien. Panier garni à notre arrivée qui nous a fait super plaisir. La maison est aussi très bien situé ( Superbe résidence) et proche de tout. Sophie est réactive aux sms ainsi que Marika pour l accueil et le départ. Nous avons hâte de revenir dans cette magnifique maison. Mon. Une maison splendide avec un suivi et de la réactivité quand il y a eu besoin. Le seul point négatif (si on doit en trouver un ) l obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller jusqu'aux commerces du bourg ou de la plage. Hormis cela nous avon passé un magnifique séjour.

Un très bon séjour

Ce fut une première pour sophie et sa famille , et le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que notre séjour était parfait , l’accueil a été très bon et nos hôtes avaient même laissé de petites attentions pour notre arrivée . Nous étions deux familles 11 personnes en tout , la maison est très grande et très très bien équipée , elle a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands . Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés .... et nous reviendrons chez sophie et sa famille avec grand plaisir .
