We didn't book breakfast, staff at reception helpful. Wouldn't look to book there again, place felt damp, and not warm. Cleaner wanted to come in early to the room, and the moment we were having was lost

The room has some kind of timer wired into the wall that was extremely noisy and could not be switched off meaning it kept me awake all night. Also the door outside my room has no slow close on it so every time someone went through it I heard it bang. No sleep all night.
