Keeping it simple here guys as there more bad points than good. Overall average hotel. Air con didn't work - What is with hotels and broken air con or am i just that unfortunate "/!!! View from room was a rather big hole with a visible broken pipe - i can see why hotels invest well in curtains rather than working air con "/!!!. Breakfast crockery had more chips than my local chippy sells! "/!!!

if my bill is £233 i dont want to be charged £273 without no explanation from reception until i asked why. Its for parking and deposit, fine but inform me first just dont debit my account without asking me, if 2 people staying in room why give us 1 towel, after asking for another towel and waiting 25 minutes for it the same thing happend next day, why ??? apart from that friendly staff, clean room and good choice for breakfast

Clean and comfortable rooms with daily maid service. Ate in restaurant most nights and very impressed with service from staff. Reception staff also helpful , so overall , quite impressed with this hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in a suite for our son to go to insomnia at the NEC. lovely room very clean and really comfy beds! since we had 2 children with us the sofa bed was made so there was no other seating apart from 2 swivel chairs or our bed but as we were out most of the time it wasn’t really a problem, there is a sliding door between rooms! We asked for a view of the runway, although suites don’t have a full view it’s still pretty good! There is also a multi story car park about 2 minuets walk from the hotel where you can walk/drive to the top and have full view of the runway! It’s free and empty, only a few people taking photos on the top floor ! Breakfast was £10 each if you pay on the day but kids eat free. So £20 for a full English buffet plus cereals, muffins and fruit for 4 isn’t bad! The pool is heated!! Has a jacuzzi and steam room! ( they don’t sell swimming stuff so take own goggles etc) Changing rooms are a open space with 2 small private cubicles ( you will need your room key, take your own towel and don’t forget a £1 for the locker) there’s also a family changing room but no locker! Had dinner at the bar one night, friendly staff and quick service but a 8oz steak and chips is £20 and sandwiches £6.95 bottle of house wine is £18 ..bit pricey but again kids eat free with every main meal and there is margarita pizza, pasta and sausage and mash on the menu! There is a free shuttle bus to the NEC/ every 15-30mins ( cheaper than parking) and if you take the kiddies over there, there’s a free train that runs from NEC to the airport which they loved but you will have to ride at least 6 times 😂 ;) ...Last but not least the cleaning lady’s on floor 2! What lovely ladies! They Made such a fuss of my 3 year old daughter every time we passed and knew I didn’t want the room cleaned but still asked if I wanted towels/ water juice! The little touches make the hotel! Had a lovely stay! :D

Location: this hotel is located close to Birmingham airport but not by the airport as it takes around 10-15 minutes to drive to the airport from the hotel. We have stayed here a number of times before and decided to stay again as I had an early flight. Check-in: average with no problems. Room: the rooms are fairly small, our room was in the older part of the hotel. The room was clean and the TV had the standard FreeView channels. The first negative is that I did not sleep at all as the bed is very firm (rock hard) which is not helpful before a transatlantic flight. The other negative is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Wifi: the complimentary WiFi was perfectly adequate. Breakfast: we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Overall: the hotel is good for anyone who wants a hotel close to the airport and who does not mind very firm beds. I will avoid the hotel in the future as the bed was even more uncomfortable than I remembered from a previous stay. It is worth noting that the hotel charges for parking.

the receptionist was welcoming, the room was fine, and we heard no noise, from guests or planes, we found the food at marco,s and the bar were expensive, so went out to eat, our early morning call was on time, and check out was quick, overall a good airport hotel

Arrived at this hotel today and nothing was a problem. Very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Connor on the reception desk was so polite and knowledgeable. If back in Birmingham again will definitely be staying here again

I stayed here March 2018. I was travelling for business. I spent 2 nights here. It is well apointed with a gym and pool area. The restaurant Marco's is nice and is a very good standard. The rooms are clean with good WiFi so had everything I needed. The driver of the shuttle bus to and from Birmingham International was also a very nice man who was very friendly.

The room was booked for my son and his new wife for an overnight stay prior to an early flight for their Honeymoon. They travelled from North Wales and were concerned about the snow etc which the day before had prevented guests from Birmingham travelling to the wedding. Having arrived without any problems they were spoiled with a lovely suite and enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. They said it was an amazing start to their honeymoon. Our thanks to all the staff and especially Fozia the guest relations manager. We as a family will definitely stay again and have already recommended the Hotel to friends and other members of our family travelling from North Wales.

I booked this hotel at the last minute so we didn't have to drive back home late in the snow after landing at the airport. We got a discounted Exec room which was excellent but the best thing was the customer service in the bar. The two barmen were very friendly and efficient and everything was done with a smile. The breakfast was very good quality too.
