Great hotel minutes from bars and restaurants approx 15 minutes from shops 20 from bull ring . Excellent staff , clean rooms would definitely recommend it fridge and safe in room a real bonus , plus air conditioning .
Just checked out this morning spent two nights here ..what a great hotel :) very pleased. rooms were spotless and nice decor..stayed on the 7th floor room 727 ..what a nice hotel close to all ammeneties, loved having a decent sized tv (42inch) in the room..only thing i do wish they had was a Bath..but ..the shower was perfect and big enough. will defo recommend and come back again loved my stay bed was comfy!!! cosy. great stay. thank you Hilton
Room rather small and not as clean. Carpet, few other elements in bathroom. the main bedroom. Arrived late, so no time to complain. Location was my reason to stay. I guess will stay there again, at some point. The warranty is never applied, previous experience on complaints did not come back with the warranty refund.
Well located hotel for Brindleyplace (Bill Clinton US president visited) Birmingham`s Venice and Birmingham city centre and therefore Birmingham New Street Train Station, Museums, Shopping centres etc., Gone are the Apple Mac pc`s in every room but the Hotel now features large screen TV's as normal and is still well placed although there are other reasonably priced alternatives around. We still prefer the quieter location with Brindleyplace security staff controlling entry to the area and although a 3pm check-in a mid-day 12 check out which ensures a leisurely departure is great. Parking a tad expensive, we now travel by train. All in all a good Hotel, clean, efficient, well placed and recommended.
I have stayed here several times twice the air conditioning was dreadful had to move rooms once the only time the room was cool. Also they have this new system where you have to have id and the credit card that the room was booked on this is not always possible and a pain in the neck. i dont see why it is necessary if the room has been paid in advance which mine was I had another card with me for extras. I travel with friends and we cannot always get their at the same time so this would not work unless I had checked in first. Breakfast is good. I get a little bit bored of being called Madam all the time a little more relaxed staff would be good as it is not an expensive hotel.
Very good quality hotel with extremely comfortable rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Excellent location with plenty of bars and good quality restaurants within a very short walking distance. Had lunch in the. Hotel restaurant but this was a bit indifferent- Very pleasant staff but. Whom two of were trying to greatly disappoint the meeting not a lot of grantless hime woven at
Stayed for one night. Nice and quiet but walking back to our room at night someone was smoking weed as we could smell it in the corridor. Had to plug my phone in on charge away from the bed. Could do with a plug socket by the bedside table.
A quick one night stay, great location. Last year I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton on Broad St which is 5 minutes away yet that hotel was a million miles apart from the Hilton Garden Inn in terms of its quiet location yet still on the doorstep of a vibrant city centre and 2 minutes to Broad St if thats what your after. The hotel is also beautifully furnished, lobby areas nice and trendy, room very good with the biggest King size bed I've ever seen which was really comfy. Someone smoking somewhere on my floor meant that the smell of smoke managed to get under the door and into the room and I paid a visit to the front desk but it seemed to continue. Never mind, it wasn't the end of the world. I'd happily stay here again if in Birmingham
Great modern looking hotel conveniently placed for access to Brindley Place and Broad Street (places to get the party started, as the kids would say) but not too close to be disturbed by the noise of these areas. Friendly enough staff and the breakfast that is included is really good, nicer than a few hotels I've been to. Rooms are a little small but still great rooms.
Lovely hotel for my birthday treat. Very clean, great room which we got to choose from 3. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast choice. Ideally situated near city centre for shops, the bull ring and places to eat.
