Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Fire alarm and carbon detectors were not hooked up/installed (found on countertops disconnected). Property lists three showers but has only two showers. For a large group booking this detail was paramount. Property lists four double beds but one room has two single beds. Washing machine was not working upon arrival (water still in machine with error code showing). Issue was rectified only after two days into our stay. Property back door was left fully open upon checking in (not just unlocked but ajar). Towels were not available until one day after checking in. Delivered damp. Numerous other concerns like broken chair, broken mattress in one of the bedrooms, and falling shelf/drawers. These issues were communicated directly to the owner/manager as well and no remedy/rebate was provided.
