I Booked this and it was a last minute booking I did not realise the deposit after my money was taken for the night booking I offered to pay and it was declined causing myself and my son who were already on way from Scotland to have no accommodation asked for help was clearly told no and no to paying as late now. I then had top pay another property at a much higher rate.
