Schöne Wohnung, Anreise mit Hindernissen

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt hat der Kamin. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Gefrierschrank befinden sich in einer Kammer außerhalb der Wohnung die eine Reinigung dringend nötig hätte. Leider wusste die Verwaltung nichts über unsere Ankunft, demnach war die gemietete Wohnung nicht gereinigt worden. Zudem erhielten wir vorab auch keine Reise-Informationen durch den Vermieter und irrten ersteinmal umher. Nach einem Telefonat wurde dies erstmal geklärt. Hier sollte seitens des Vermieters dran gearbeitet werden. SZ zu eng da Bett zu groß. Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Wäschepaket muss extra gebucht werden!

Direktzugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung nahe am Meer

Die paar Tage bei Binz haben wir sehr genossen, wozu die schöne Wohnung wesentlich beigetragen hat. Einzig der Check-in war problematisch, da wir anscheinend nicht erwartet wurden und erst nach ein paar Telefonaten konnte das anscheinende Missverständnis aufgeklärt werden. Schade - da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Schlafzimmer klein und eng

2 Erwachsene können in diesem viel zu kleinen Raum nicht schlafen. Zumindest ein Schläfer kann nur vom Fussende aus ins Bett kriechen. Alle Haustüren lassen sich nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand öffnen. Eine Einweisung hinsichtlich Müllentsorgung, Parkplatz, etc. fand nicht statt. Die Fußbodenheizung lief bei sommerlichen Temperaturen auf 27 Grad.

Top Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist top. Schön wäre, auf beiden Bettseiten eine Nachtischlampe zu haben und in der 2. Dusche eine Ablage. Gut war, dass der Vermieter im Vorfeld empfohlen hatte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher selber mitzubringen. Denn am Anreisetag hätten wir nichts bekommen. Auch die Gästekarten waren trotz vorheriger telefonischen Zusage nicht verfügbar. Diese konnten erst am nächsten Tag nach einem 20 minütigem Fußmarsch - beim Verwalter abgeholt weden. Aber nur bis 11:30 Uhr, danach war das Büro wie am Anreisetag geschlossen..

Ferienwohnung Becker Prora Haus Hiddensee

Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet. Schockierend war für uns, dass kein Wäschepaket vorhanden war. Lt. Rechnung war ausgewiesen "Servicepaket". Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass es sich dabei um Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. handelt. Nach Rückfrage wurde gesagt, dass wir dies nicht angegeben hätten. Bitteschön wo??? Diese Info müsste deutlicher auf der Internetseite angegeben werden. So musste kurzfristig noch alles besorgt werden, was zusätzliche Kosten verursachte!

Top Ausstattung, tolle Lage

Die Unterkunft ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und sehr modern eingerichtet. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Lage auf der Insel ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie sofort wieder buchen.
