Enclosed patio (15m²) and artificial lawn (30m²). The seaside resort of Binic is a great place for a holiday with its harbour, fine sandy beaches, open spaces, water sports centre, footpaths, mountain bike tracks, pool complex and countless events and festivals. This terraced cottage 800m from the sea has a small, private walled garden at the front. There is a shopping centre 1km away and a pool complex and boat trips from the harbour 1.2km. Other places to visit include the seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux and its Ajoncs d’Or golf course (8km) and casino (5km). This small cottage will seduce you with its geographical location, its decoration and its all-inclusive section, ideal for spending a pleasant holiday in Binic, nicknamed the Grain of Beauty of the Côtes d'Armor.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
