At first sight it look amazing but when you step in to your room after the mess begins.. The rooms are dirty and the food is bad as hell , arrived here after 4 amazing days in Morocco after having the best food i ever had and was so disappointed when i my “sandwich la frumage” Accept of nice view they don’t offer nothing Bottom line..dont come here im sure they have better places around
Yes, this venue is located along a lovely lake, but this couldn't make up for our disappointment. Perhaps if you are only expecting 2 stars, it would be okay. But our tour was for 4- and 5-star facilities, and this was far from it. Lumpy bed, hard to heat room (and absolutely cold corridors), small bathroom (though it was clean), wifi only in the lobby, and a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Even breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen. The phones didn't work (so no wake-up calls), and of course no kettle in the room for coffee or tea.
We stayed at this hotel at the end of a rafting trip. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the WiFi only worked if you were right in front of the front counter or writhing 30 feet of it, no internet in the room or anywhere else in the hotel, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, the curtains didn’t slide so the were stuck half open, the lights didn’t all work, the hot water took a long time to get to us and the water pressure wasn’t great.
The hotel is for a few romantic days very nice - the staff friendly and breakfast good ... it's directly in front of the lake you can hire a boat. The pool looks beautiful but we didn't use it was nice to sit there we enjoyed this days in this hotel. You need a car.
Sorry, but the food and the service was the worst we ever had! We did not sleep there but we were shocked to our very core! Beautiful landscape and good location but no selection for the dinner and it was rather expensive.
Staff was very very friendly! Did help us with a smile! They serve us breakfast outside on the terrace. And what an amazing view we got from the terrace! You can look over the lake, it's SO beautiful! Hotel was really hard to find. Especially in the dark! Booking.com has it wrong on the map! The hotel is located as Google Maps says. It is on the West-side of the lake, not on the North-side like Booking.com says.
This gorgeous hotel sits at the bottom of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. It is near the dam of Bin el Ouidane, 3 hours away from Marrakesh. If you are in your way to Marrakesh, this is an excellent place to stop for a couple days and relax. This hotel has Wi-Fi, a spa, restaurants and a view of the lake of Bin el Ouidane. There is also a swimming pool and a tennis court. Go up the terrace and you would see the amazing lake while drinking some sweet Arab mint tea. The rooms are distinctively Arab, but they offer all the amenities of the modern world. The bathrooms are clean and provide all the toiletries that you might need. Inside the rooms too are romantic fireplaces. Checkout the restaurants and enjoyed the Moroccan cuisine. Go ahead and have some couscous or a dish made with lamb. The chefs as well as all the staff are friendly and loved to talk. By Europeans standards the hotel is not of a high quality. But remember you are in Africa!! Be amazed and adapt. The staff tries their best to make you feel welcome. That is important! Travel, open your eyes and stand against prejudice.
One night in room N°120 was enough to hate the place 😡 the view was amazing but I couldn't stay longer in the balcony because of the sewerage smell. The bathroom was occupied by cockroaches. Such a shame to not take good care of these things for a very well located hotel :-(
We were working in a remotr area so this hotel was one closest. I suppose you cant expect a fancy place in a remote area.. but they certainly claim to be 4 stars which is far from true. Rooms are dated and tired. No room service. Food in restaurant was very average. I ordered fish of the lake since we are right next to it i was hoping for a lovely fresh fish but instead got dry overcooked battered filets.. Happy to have a bed at the end of long days but i find it hard to see why anyone would come here for pleasure. Lovely lake views.. but not worth travelling there just for that.
Quite disappointed with the hotel. The location is quite amazing but it's definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The service is poor, dinner and breakfast was low in quality. The rooms were big but we did have hot water at first and the appliances are..not there. My rating is low because they claim to be a 4 stars hotel. For a 3 stars it's a good one.
