South Beach Biloxi Hotel and Suites

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Not the room we expected. Floors dirty, no blankets for sofa bed, had to use duvet bedding from main bed which seemed dingy/dirty. No water glasses, no coffee table, out door balcony over the road, bartender took forever to make drinks, the "pizza" at cafe was tortilla shells with toppings. Elevator ridiculously slow. Hotel staff constantly waiting for elevators and seemed frustrated too. No towels at pool, workout room had no way to wipe down equipment. Beware - the studio suites did not have stove or cooktop or washer dryer like the one bedroom suites. We ended up eating microwave food for the three days and has to buy plates, plastic silverware cups, etc. Booked accessible suite and did not get it. Good experiences included easy / early check in. Pool was nice. Access to beach was perfect. Garage parking a plus. And coffee all day long available. For the $$ I could have just booked holiday inn or super 8 or best western. I'll look elsewhere next time.

It's right on the beach and it's not expensive. The room was large and bright. The bathroom appears to have been redone in the past couple of years. No issues with cleanliness in the room or the public areas. From what I could see it's one of the few hotels on the beach without a casino, where one can feel completely comfortable taking children.

Enjoyed my stay very lovely place and the staff was great, close to the beach nd nice view as well

Nice beach view, quiet, clean...stuff personal are very helpfull...

pillows hard as a rock no glassware (not even a plastic glass); asked for glassware: delivered, but then removed the next day towels thin and like sandpaper acid-like, cheap shampoo -- like detergent (called "shampoo-conditioner", but left hair burnt) loud traffic, even from the top (ninth) floor

Very nice clean well taken care of nice staff Very nice clean well taken care of nice staff

we have stayed before and thoroughly enjoy the facility. rooms clean and spacious. enjoy the kitchen in one bedroom. bed comfortable and overall value much better then regular hotel room. look forward to going back later this summer.

It was nice being on the beach and close to a bunch of restaurants.

Great hotel. Loved our spacious room and the views. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was courteous, friendly and helped me out with all my requests. Pool was clean. I just wish there was a hot tub. If it had one I was unaware.

It smell fishy when you get to the floor. The room in undersized then its AD.

Room was very nice and comfortable! Would defiantly stay here again.

It seems there may have only been about 5 guests staying at this beachfront (but busy road on the other side) hotel. It was dreary in the small lobby, the cafe was closed, the desk clerk was very uninterested. We found our balcony room hanging over the road and had to pay more to upgrade to a slightly better location. Not sure what it might be like in season and with more people around ... we were there in April which we considered a good time to visit the Gulf. In general, I'd say keep going right on past biloxi.

The stay was great. A hot tub would have been nice, also a casino would have been great. My stay was a romantic get way.

The hotel was nice, we enjoyed the stay, the parking could use some help and probably use another elevator we waited for almost 5 min for one at one point of our stay. Other than that the hotel was very enjoyable.

The hotel stay was great the room great. Right on beach. However it did say that massages were available and that's not true. I also shortened my stay by a day. Upon checkout my charges were considerably less than what I paid orbtz by about $400.00. That's due also in part to them reducing the room charges after I booked. I'm not sure how if any refund can be given. But the stay was wonderful and would go back again.

The room was very small and the beach was not what we expected. Pretty white sand but no waves and had to go so far out to swim. Booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights. Good thing it was on beach side and did not have to walk across highway.

This hotel was perfect! It's right on the beach and within walking distance to the souvenir shop and a few restaurants. The room was very nice too! I will definitely be staying here again!!!

I was thankful with the hotel and the amenities. My ONLY gripe was that the "gym" was nothing but 2 treadmills. That is not a gym in the least bit of the word and should not be stated that there is a gym.

Our stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great hotel to stay at. The perfect hotel for the weekend get away. If you are looking for great hotel on the beach you have found it.
