Simply wonderful!! Great location, beautiful scenery with lots of toucans and other birds on the property. The villas are brand new, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Nilla and Stéphane were extremely attentive and friendly and had great recommendations for activities in the Bijuagua region. A real gem.

What a GEM! If you want peace and tranquility with amazing customer service this is your place. The cabins are adorable and the landscape is gorgeous! They have a beautifully landscaped trail to a river. We only planned on an 2 night stay but we enjoyed this place so much we extended our stay. The owners thought of everything possible to make this the gem it is! Gracias!

Extended our stay!

Villa el Tucan is a gem with impeccable service! Bijagua is a cute little village close to Rio Celeste with this new adorable lodge. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The cabins are cozy, clean, airy, and they even have screens on their windows and sliding glass door. Great lil porch to relax and enjoy the view. They even added a short walking trail to a refreshing river! They have thought of everything!

Belle propriĂ©tĂ© avec bungalows tout neufs et trĂšs mignons. On a mĂȘme vu un paresseux dans un arbre. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de frog's paradise donc parfait pour la visite de nuit, on peut y aller Ă  pied. Repas et petits dĂ©jeuners trĂšs bons. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et toujours prĂȘts Ă  rendre service.

Un petit coin de paradis au cƓur de la nature! On a adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  la Villa El Tucan ! DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, StĂ©phane et Nillareth nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse incroyable. Le chalet Ă©tait super propre, confortable, et les espaces communs bien entretenus. L’endroit est vraiment paisible, parfait pour dĂ©crocher. On a eu droit Ă  une petite visite du domaine avec StĂ©phane, qui nous a montrĂ© plein de choses intĂ©ressantes : bananiers, ananas, chauves-souris, fourmis coupe-feuilles
 c’était top ! Et que dire du dĂ©jeuner typique costaricain qu’ils nous ont prĂ©parĂ© ? Un rĂ©gal ! On a vraiment senti que tout Ă©tait fait avec cƓur. Merci encore pour ce super moment, on espĂšre sincĂšrement revenir trĂšs bientĂŽt !

Sejour fabuleux avec des hotes aux petits soins. Tout etait parfait meme les conseils des restaurants. Pour un sejour proche du rio celeste c'est le lieu ideal et ne pas hésiter a prendre un diner sur place. Ce fut fort sympathique a un tarif tres raisonnable

Quel bonheur d’y sĂ©journer ! Un endroit tellement charmant, on s’y sent bien dĂšs le premier instant. La vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante, les toucans et nombreux oiseaux, la riviĂšre accessible Ă  la baignade sur le terrain, sans oublier la piscine et l’aire de yoga font de la Villa El TucĂĄn un vĂ©ritable oasis de dĂ©tente. Les chalets sont modernes, impeccables et correspondent exactement Ă  la description fournie. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’intimitĂ© du site ainsi que les dĂ©licieux dĂ©jeuners et soupers cuisinĂ©s/servis sur place par les propriĂ©taires (aidĂ©s par une aimable employĂ©e). L’endroit oĂč ils cuisinent est d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Pour terminer, nous avons vu les propriĂ©taires travailler sur leur site du matin jusqu’au soir; on voit tout l’amour et l’attention qu’ils portent Ă  leur projet et celĂ  se ressent dĂšs les premiers instants.
