Excellent property, so easy

Great accommodations, spacious. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Everything is tidy and clean. Kitchen is well appointed. Hot showers. Enjoyed foosball and fireplace. Kids liked the hot tub and fire pit too. So easy and quick to get to Snow Summit.

Family gatherings

We booked the cabin for Labor Day weekend for family gatherings we are enjoyed ours time staying there, it’s more space than we expected, thinking we may do that again next year.

Wonderful Experience

The house was amazing. Accommodated Grandparents, Adult kids and grandchildren. Careful thought was put into the kitchen supplies. Everytime I wondered if they had something, there it was! Close by Summit Mountain and town.

Beautiful House Great Location

We loved the Big Bear home we stayed in for a family getaway. The house is more beautiful in person and very spacious. All the beds were very comfortable, the big couch in the living room had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard had a great sledding area. The location is just blocks away from Snow Summit and there was plenty of parking and a nice size garage. Everything was in working order, we loved it and will stay there again!

Fun holiday week!

We had a great holiday week staying at this property. It was clean and stocked. The communication with the property manager was great the whole week. The only negative was that we had to drive our trash to the trash dump and wait in line. This was our first trip to Big Bear so we weren't aware of this before hand. Otherwise, it was a fun week. We would definitely recommend this house!

Fabulous!!!

The property was beautiful, clean and nicely arranged with adequate furniture, and the amenities were nice. We loved the work table for a puzzle and the Fooz ball was fun for the guys. The fireplace provided a nice cozy feeling that set the mood for our little Christmas tree. There were enough bathroom towels and pillows and blankets. The kitchen had adequate seating and the high chair and pack and play were nice for the two year old. However we only had enough silverware for 7 people and there were 11 of us. And there was only one kitchen towel. The pots and pans were old and in poor condition. and rather a disappointment, but the plates bowls and cups and glasses were more than adequate. I wished there had been a list provided before I came, as I was cooking Christmas dinner and did not know what extra things I needed to bring. But there was a store and we were able to get what we needed. The response from the property manager was quick when we .noted there was no coffee pot., and they delivered a new one. Also the barbecue and patio was nice. We especially loved the quiet neighborhood and the sledding hill in the vacant lot next door, was perfect for the little ones. We will definitely rent this property again and thank you for your hospitality. Nancy

Amazing property

Great property with small improvements needed. New pans and a quick dishwasher fix would make this property A++. Beds, sheets, and overall cleanliness were top notch! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great house, layout, and location but a few set backs.

This is a beautiful home with ample space and an open layout. However, we couldn't find a lot of supplies to cook or to clean with. The kids created a lot of crumbs, and we could not locate a vacuum anywhere to clean them up. The kitchen space was beautifully done, but the cooking utensils were spotty, and the lack of towel hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels was a bummer. We loved the fireplace and the great big sofa but, in all honesty, the sofa and its pillows had a very musty smell and probably could use a good steam cleaning. The balcony off the kitchen was nice with an outdoor eating area but there were so many giant spider webs out there, no one wanted to go out there. I know it's always a challenge when finding a rental home, but these were our assessments after staying here 3 nights.

The house was amazing, super beautiful and super clean. Well organized, and Communication was great between management and myself. They also gifted us a few things for our stay which was fantastic! Would recommend!!

Amazing renovated cabin!

Gorgeous vaulted ceilings greet you when you open the front door. Beautifully appointed furnishings and gorgeous open floor plan. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to village, grocery stores, restaurants and marina. Wonderful updated home.

Best Stay!

My family and I had an absolute great time in Big Bear Lake. AvantStay went above and beyond our expectations. They were a great host and I will definitely be booking with them for my next trip.
