Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults max). Parking: Space for 4 vehicles, including the garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction. Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners. * Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification. * Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits.
