The house has a completely independent entrance, located in Via Martellini, a pedestrian area, it is on 2 floors, with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace, continuing upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with emotional massage shower, below the house is a private room for bicycle shed, motorbike for free use. For an excellent holiday in the discovery of the surrounding area rich in art, sacred places, natural beauties with many entertainment possibilities, tennis courts, golf courses, cycle path and winter skiing.
