Welcome to SANDY, your little corner of modern comfort for an enjoyable stay! Nestled in a quiet residential street, this 50 m2 apartment offers everything you need for a successful stay.

The two comfortable bedrooms are perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, offering a peaceful and relaxing resting space. The second bedroom has a 180 cm bed, which can be split into two 90 cm beds, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a SMEG refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and tableware to prepare your meals just like at home.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink, while the toilet is separate for added convenience.
The apartment is also equipped with Wifi internet connection to stay connected, as well as a washing machine. An iron and an ironing board are also available.

The services included for this stay are:

- Welcome products: Upon your arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Sheets and towels: Sheets are provided and the beds are made for your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

You will meet a member of the Homies Holidays team, who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need help organizing your stay.

Advantages:
- Dog-friendly: We accept one dog during the stay for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa cover, a brush, and a towel for wiping paws are provided.
- The stop for the free shuttle is nearby and takes you all around Biarritz.
- Everything is within walking distance, nearby shops (the casino, the pharmacy), restaurants (Dino pizzeria).
- A coded key box will allow you to access the accommodation without time constraints (from 4 pm).

Disadvantages:
- The building does not have an elevator; you will have to climb one floor with your luggage. Our team can help you if you arrive with one of our members.
- No private parking space, but free parking on Rue Ernest Renan. However, you can find free spaces in the surrounding area.
- Please note that our charming accommodation is located in an old residence, which means you may occasionally hear neighbors above.
- The bathroom is quite small.

## Transit

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Free shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city center and the Phare. The stop is less than 100 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check the schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxi is a quick and convenient option to get around Biarritz. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is about 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or in the surrounding area. It is recommended to check the signage to avoid any parking violations.
- If you want to exercise, you can rent bikes from Marty Bike Rental located in Bidart. You can have the bikes delivered directly to your accommodation.

## Notes

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organize your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
- Self check-in by arriving at any time from 4 pm. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- Being welcomed by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you arrive after 7 pm, an additional fee of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9 pm, the fee will be 50 euros.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional fee.

Homies Holidays invites you to read the house rules, which are automatically accepted upon booking confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings.
