- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), separated from the living room by a blackout curtain,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open perfectly-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer,
- babycot and high chair (on demand),
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- an access to the residence private parking.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
