Quick Description:

The luxury mountain chalet is located in a quiet and sunny location at 1,717 m above sea level. This in the heart of the Engadine at the entrance to the Val Bever only a few kilometers from St. Moritz. With great attention to detail, the chalet was kept very comfortable in typical Engadine style and furnished with a lot of warmth and flair and exclusively high-quality natural materials. Solid wood furniture as well as wooden and stone floors give the rooms a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. A fireplace in the living room provides additional chalet ambience.
Nestled in lush meadows and rustic forests, the chalet, which is located on the outskirts of the village, offers direct access to cross-country ski trails in winter. An unmistakable view towards the Bernina massif and an imposing view of the nearby mountains of the Engadine. Only a few minutes drive to the vibrant St. Moritz and numerous cultural and sporting attractions.

The luxury chalet offers about 150sqm of living space for up to 6 people and is heated with underfloor heating. Built in 2022, the vacation home has two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed (separable) made of solid wood. In addition, a sunny southwest balcony and a lounge under the gable invite you to linger. A large bathroom with shower is available for both bedrooms. Since all rooms are located under the roof truss, which is made of chopped wood, it looks very rustic and spacious.
The kitchen, located on the first floor, is fully equipped with dishes, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. At the rustic dining table with corner bench and chairs which is located in an alcove, everyone can sit comfortably and cozily to eat together. A cozy corner complements the kitchen area. The heart of the chalet is the large open living area, where you immediately feel at home and where there is a cozy couch, TV and the open fireplace, which provides cozy warmth and romantic atmosphere. The first floor is completed with an additional bedroom and another spacious bathroom.

Directly adjacent to the sun-drenched living area is a private terrace. The outdoor area invites all year round to relax and cozy get-together and promises indescribable views of the surrounding mountains and as the last house of the village unobstructed view into the Val Bever. A noble steel hot pot is available in the outside area of the further for the guests.
A private underground garage directly under the chalet allows a pleasant, stress-free access. Directly next to the garage is a sports cellar where you can store skis, bikes or other sports equipment and utensils.
As a family of ski instructors, we can offer first-hand skiing and cross-country skiing lessons and guiding. In the chalet you also have the possibility to receive a relaxing massage or wellness treatment.
Directly in the chalet there is a private spa & wellness facility with sauna, shower, relaxation room as well as a jacuzzi and an infrared lounger. The spa is exclusively available to private chalet guests.
In the main residence, right next to the chalet, you will find the "Engadin Chalet Apartment". A spacious apartment for 2 persons with separate kitchen on a living area of about 40 sqm with high quality interior design.
The apartment is complemented with a sports cellar, underground parking & private seating area. Thus, even larger groups with up to 8 people can enjoy the vacation with us.

Location:

The chalet is perfect for sports enthusiasts and recreation seekers who are looking for a vacation destination in an almost untouched picture book landscape. After an eventful day, the luxury chalet invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Directly in front of the front door start various hikes to the numerous Alps. Summit strikers, on the other hand, have the opportunity to climb the Engadine mountains. In addition, only a few minutes drive from the chalet is the valley station of the ski area Marguns/Corviglia, the ski resort of St.Moritz, which especially in winter delights guests. The cross-country ski trail passes directly in front of the house and with about 220 km of trails, the Engadine is considered the cross-country mecca of the Alps par excellence.
The countless sports and cultural offers of the region as well as the numerous events probably do not need to be described in detail. The Engadin St. Moritz region has stood for attractive summer and winter tourism for over 150 years.
