Convenient location to the train station, plus all of the downtown options. Quaint boutique hotel. Would definitely consider staying again when I return to Brig.
We had a pretty bad experience with this hotel. For some reason, we have booke this place on iPad, an mistakenly selected 1 room/1 adult in our search. This was pointery out to us when we checked in, but a person at the front desk tols us that there is no problem. The next day morning at the check out a pretty unpleasant lady (the boss) told us tha we need to pay a double room rate as two people stayed in the room. This was quite a surprise as in the US the room rates are per room, and not per person. We would not records this hotel to anyone. The front desk stuff has a long way to learn how to trest their guests professionaly and with a respect.
