Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house just minutes to Sunday River skiing and golf. The perfect place for a group of friends or family to relax after a day of skiing or outdoor fun.
New sauna and hot tub! Large heated mudroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with luxurious leather couch and 65” smart TV, super fast 1 gig WiFi. 1st floor Master Suite with king bed, walk in closet and en suite full bathroom, 2nd floor bedroom with queen bed and a quiet working space; and huge bunk bedroom (twin over full bunk, twin over twin bunk and a day bed with trundle) where kids can have fun and have some space to themselves! Queen bedroom can either share the full bathroom off the bunk room or use the downstairs full bath off the living room. Downstairs bathroom also houses washer and dryer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great choice!

This stay was top notch, the location was great for skiing at Sunday River. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area, super clean and easy check in/out process!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect place to meet our needs. It was close to everything, especially great skiing at Sunday river. Home was very clean and spacious. 3 bathrooms was great for our group and bunk room was so fun for the kids.

Winter Wonderland

We enjoyed our winter vacation in this very nice and clean house. It was very convenient and close to get to cross-country trails and also to Sunday River resort for downhill fun. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

Family get away

Our party had 3 couples, a single adult, a small child, and and infant and this property was perfect for our get together. Super close to Sunday river. We couldn't of asked for anything better
