Great location!

Great location!! Love the beach area of this place. Quiet beach, family friendly, and fun beach! Place has all you need and is great for teens! Highly recommend!

Family beach stay

This place was great, we'd stay here again for sure. We loved being walking distance to the beach. The outdoor shower didn't work well but otherwise it was great!!

Family beach week

My partner and I and our adult children and their partners spent a week at 39562. Loved the easy access to the beach and an easy ride to downtown Bethany. It was a rainy week but we kept ourselves busy - the house has lots of games. It was roomy and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay enormously.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family stay at the unit. Our family of 10 and dogs enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the amenities of the house. It was spacious and clean. The beach is private and not crowded which made it very relaxing. Our only issue was a fan in one of the bedrooms was not working properly. It took a bit to get someone to look at it and by the time it was going to get fixed, it was our last day.
