The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 13 and there was adequate space for everyone to have their own space when needed and space to come together as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only problem was that the AC on the third level went out but management brought in two portable AC’s to keep the rooms up there cool.

The house and location is very good. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a very large family however, there were a few things that we were not pleased with. The fitted sheet/mattress cover on the queen bed on the second floor had mold on the side which was very upsetting and all the garbage was left in the house for us to remove. also there was dust hanging all along the ceiling/wall in the LR/DR area.other than that it is a beautiful house.

Beautiful amazing house with plenty of room and amenities. Needs just a little attention to make it perfect. The water filter in the refrigerator needs replacing, for a while it seems. The beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes are broken or need maintenance, and the patio and grill were too dirty to use. Price we paid was low enough for us to overlook these issues, but a little attention would make thos a stellar place.

Beautiful spacious house for a family beach getaway

We loved staying here. The house was very spacious and well maintained. We wish we could have had time to take advantage of some of the amenities such as the pool, but we spent most of the time at Bethany beach, which is really close. This property was a really great price for the amount of space and the location. Definitely recommend!

Nice house but technical problems

We rented this house for a golf weekend. The weekend got kind of rained out and we were unable to use the home theater and unable to get cable on the television. our contact with a Vacassa Did not result in anybody coming to figure out why the Home theater and Kabel we’re not working

Great weekend getaway for friends

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Big and comfortable

Love this house. This is our second stay here. The space is very accommodating for a large group! It minutes aways from ocean city. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The only negative is the minor upkeep needed on the house;( walls need repainting, upgrades on kitchen appliances * refrigerator ice maker, update or new cookware) upgrade on the internet…. With such a large home, the internet should reach throughout the house for many devices. Overall I would recommend without a doubt. I’m sure that me and my family will stay again😊

Too gorgeous to be true

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable. The family said we will be returning soon. Lol, we didn’t want to leave but unfortunately the next day was already taken, so get it while you can. Hope you enjoy❤️

Fall Beach Getaway

Lovely large home in perfect little neighborhood a few minutes drive to the beach. House is lovely, clean and modern. Had fun watching movies on big screen projector and great room/kitchen flow keeps everyone together. Nice little golf course steps away from home for family fun. And Bethany Beach on a 70 degree October day is unbeatable. And we had 2 chocolate Labs who loved the house and the beach. Vantage Rentals was responsive and efficient. Thanks for a great long weekend getaway!

Awesome home!

We were eight golfers down for a long weekend and stayed at this fabulous house. Great Room was perfect for the gathering place with open Kitchen, Dining and Living rooms. The Bedrooms were huge with all new furniture. The large screen TVs were in every room. Would book here every year.
