An Oceanfront vacation can't get any better than this!! Even the 3rd floor Master BR Suite has it's own HVAC zone - so ALL 4 bedrooms stay cool in the summer & warm in the spring/fall! And you are literally right on the beach - with spectacular views of the ocean and the Indian River State Park & Nature Preserve. At night let the ocean lull you to sleep and in the morning sip your java from one of the house’s 4 ocean decks while watching the dolphins play.

The owners pride themselves on providing their guests with a well-equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, newly renovated bathrooms, seating for 10 (both in the dining & family rooms) and ample beach chairs. Our home has unique 2-zone A/C so ALL 3 levels stay cool for maximum comfort. We provide EVERYTHING you need to make your vacation UNFORGETTABLE!

On the ground level there is parking for 2 cars in the carport, an outside shower, a grill, and a laundry room with bike storage. Our community tennis/pickleball courts, playground and covered pavilion for BBQs and picnics are located right in front of the house.

The first floor offers a deck (bayside) with table/chairs and rockers. The first floor has a large dining room, 1/2 bath, kitchen and family room (fully equipped with books, games, puzzles, DVD's and queen sleep sofa). Dine-in on the screened-in oceanfront porch or enjoy a crab feast on the large picnic table on the ocean deck. Relax in the Adirondack chairs in our own backyard - which is literally part of the beach!

The second floor offers a large oceanfront bedroom with a king bed, a full-size crib and a screened-in porch with table, chairs and loveseat. Across the hall, you will find another large room which can be separated by an accordion wall divider - the left bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the right bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be made into a king bed). A new, renovated bathroom is on the second floor.

On the upper level, the master bedroom suite offers total privacy in a spacious room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling equipped with wood beams, skylights, comfortable reading chairs and an oceanfront deck with chairs, loungers and tables. The view from the master bedroom oceanfront deck can't be beat!
