Authentic Alsatian house, fully renovated and located in a peaceful small village near Strasbourg and all amenities.
This townhouse offers, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, and upstairs, a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave) open to the living room, from which you can access a terrace. A first TV is installed in the living room.
On this level, there are also two bedrooms with double beds, each with a desk area, and a separate toilet.
Also on this floor is the first bathroom, which includes a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
Using a second staircase, you reach the ground floor where the third bedroom is located. It features a double bed and two stackable single beds. This bedroom also has a TV, a table, and chairs.
On this level, you will also find the second shower room with a toilet.
Bath towels and bed linen are provided.
