We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our property in our quiet little town of Berrien Springs, and we have decorated the home to feel relaxing and enjoyable during your stay.
Ideally, the home is best suited for a family of four—two adults and two children — with one queen bed and two single beds (trundle). 3 adults could also comfortably share the space, as there is a pull-out couch that could sleep one more individual.
The kitchen is equipped with numerous amenities if you enjoy cooking at home, or suggestions for restaurants are provided in the binder if you prefer eating out.
The George Foreman Electric Indoor/Outdoor Grill is available to use during your stay as well. No Gas or Charcoal required! Plug is located in the tall kitchen cabinet to the left of the fridge.
Beach towels, blankets, chairs, a portable cooler, and a beach umbrella are available for you to use during your stay for summer beachgoers. We have numerous beautiful beaches just a short 15-to 20-minute drive away. Refer to the binder for some of our favorites.
A new back patio was installed in the Summer of 2024, providing additional outside space for lounging, cooking, or simply relaxing.
