The TV stopped recieveing local channels after a couple days. I sent a message to the NUMA number in What's app and only go AI canned responses. No person ever showed up to fix it. We were able to watch some TV, but its all app based via the internet connection. So you need subscritptions to which ever service you want to watch (Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc). And NO F1 app. What's the problem? The Quilt on the bed was much too warm. We baked even after I turned down the room temp. Opening a window helped a little but then the room heater and colder air just fought against each other. The BED needs 3 layers. a sheet, a moderate blanket and a moderate quilt. all three should equal your current quilt. Then people cna adjust the warmth to their individual liking. The cheap little K cup coffee maker in the room is OK, but the coffee you have is terrible. How about some nice nespresso viruto machines with great coffee choices (in the rooms). The room was clean and otherwise great. The code door lock system worked ok, but people kept sneaking in either of the doors. They need to close faster for security.

Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

An excellent place to stay in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were easy. It is very close to the Musume Island by 10 mins walk and S and U lines are steps away. The central station is 2 stops by S line. There are a lot of restaurants around and Alexanderplatz is in walking distance or one stop by S line. It is highly recommended.

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!
