Una estancia mágica

Es muy acogedor, está muy bien situado. La avenida es muy amplia. Está muy bien equipado. Es muy moderno y muy bien comunicado. Si volvemos, sin duda, lo reservaremos de nuevo. Una estancia maravillosa. Totalmente recomendable.

Zum Schlafen okay

Leider müssen wir sagen, dass wir sehr enttäuscht waren. Vorab: es hat zum Schlafen „gereicht“. Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft schön gelegen, um Berlin zu erkunden. Der Zugang über die App verlief problemlos. Es überwiegen jedoch die negativ Punkte. Beginnend mit der Sauberkeit: die Wohnung wird nicht sehr gut gereinigt. Dazu kommen Dinge wie ein Defekter Toilettendeckel und eine extrem verdreckte Couch. Die Couch ist in einem dreckigen Zustand, wie es schon extrem eklig ist. Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren sauber und vollkommen okay. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und die Möglichkeit in zwei Kühlschränken zu kühlen ist sehr komfortabel. Der TV in dem einen Schlafzimmer ist mit einer starren Halterung angebracht, was deutlich unvorteilhaft ist, um wirklich gut sehen zu können. Davon ganz ab ist es fast unmöglich, einfach nur TV zu schauen. Die Möglichkeit Filme zu schauen über Amazon ist zwar ein Luxus, doch schränkt es sich auf die englische Sprache ein. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, wenn man einfach nur TV schauen möchte. Die Sprache kann nicht umgestellt werden und bedarf einem Code. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, haben wir durch die Bilder deutlich mehr erwartet, als wir vorgefunden haben. Die Möglichkeit zu Lüften ist sehr beschränkt und die Nachbarn von oben sind extrem zu hören. Darüber hinaus wird man sehr unsanft durch die Müllabfuhr im Innenhof geweckt. Mit dem Blick auf den gezahlten Preis muss ich s

Eine Woche Berlin.

Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Whg ist sehr hellhörig, auch aufgrund ihrer ursprünglichen Nutzung als Ladengeschäft. Insbesondere in einer der Schlafkammern hat man das Gefühl, die Menschen die im Hausflur zum Briefkasten, oder zur Tür gehen stehen direkt neben dem Bett. Der TV funktioniert offenbar nur mit Streaming. Amazon Prime ist vom Gastgeber vorinstalliert. Hervorzuheben ist aber die sehr ruhige Lage im Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg. Zur U und S-Bahn läuft man nur wenige Minuten und ist in wenigen Fahrtstationen bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Wohnung mit reichlich Platz zum schlafen war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Urs selbst am Feiertag hat problemlos geklappt. Die Lage ist klasse. Bus, Bahn, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah und fußläufig zu erreichen. Leckerer Vietnamesische Küche auf der Straße und ein Spielplatz in der Nähe. Urs wir kommen wieder!

Good location with basic amenities

Good location in the north side of the Prenzlberg area. Accessible to transportation. But basic, and functional space without any 'home' feel or character. With poor ventilation, was uncomfortably hot in the space.

It's a fantastic property in a great location. There are plenty of options for food and drink plus good transport links. The propwrty was clean and a generous size to accomodate six. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommended this property.

Berlin 2024

Die Lage ist gut und das Öffnen der Türe per App hat gut geklappt. Leider gab es keine Instruktionen zum Fernsehprogramm, was am Wahltag ganz gut gewesen wäre. Bettwäsche und sonstige Wäsche sollte in weiss sein und insgesamt hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Een leuke plek in Berlijn. Prima i richting. Wel jammer dat 2 slaapkamers geen ventilatie hadden.

Coole Wohnung

das umgebaute Ladenlokal wird direkt vom Bürgersteig betreten und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber recht umfangreich, man kann sich hier gut selbst versorgen. Leider verfügt nur ein Schlafraum über ein Fenster zum Lüften, auch hört man das benachbarte Treppenhaus in den Schlafräumen recht laut. Der Zutritt erfolgt über die Nuki App, welche im Vorfeld installiert werden muss, Schlüssel gibt es nicht. Die Kommunikation erfolgt über die Fewo App, welche auf unseren Smartphonen nicht gut funktioniert hat, ein direkter Mailkontakt wäre mir da lieber. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Absolutely recommend

I absolutely recommend this place. It is on the outside of Berlin but the metro is around the corner. The location is fabulous surrounded by beautiful parks, delicious restaurants, cheap super markets. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. The apartment is very well equipped.

Convenient for city centre

The apartment was a good size for our group although the kitchen was a bit small to cook in. This is not a major problem, however, as there are loads of places to eat nearby. Transport to the city centre is all in easy distance too. The only downside is that there aren't many places to sit as a group. The dining chairs are very comfy and there is only one sofa which doesn't encourage conversation. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a Berlin visit.

Fin lejlighed til en lille storby ferie

Rent og pænt med et lille køkken. Vi kom 7 personer, men der var kun 6 spisebordsstole, som godt kunne have været mere komfortabel da lejligheden ikke har en rigtig sofa. Der er forholdsvis billig parkering 700 m væk. Nogle af sengene kunne godt være lidt bedre. Men alt i alt godt tilfreds med besøget på 3 overnatninger.

Lovely and close to sbahn, ubahn and tram.

Lovely stay. Clean with basic amenities. I misunderstood the door lock instructions and didn’t enter code when I received it. At checkin I message and got a new code within minutes. .25-.3 miles to s bahn, u bahn and tram. Shopping and food near with a great bakery on the corner!
