Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, S-Bahn und Bus fussläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und bei bestem Wetter auch die Dachterrasse genießen können. Lediglich ein zweiter Schlüssel und eine Spülmaschine wären noch schön gewesen. Das Treppenhaus und der Eingang wirkten etwas ungepflegt.

Mittendrin und doch im Grünen

Wir kamen viel zu früh an und durften dann deutlich früher in unser Apartment. Hier war alles, was wir brauchten und für den angemessenen Preis gab es viel inklusive, z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Geschirrtuch, Gewürze. Der Ausblick in den Garten ist wunderbar grün. Auch ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der S-Bahn, hat Restaurants und Bäcker in der Nähe und ein paar Gehminuten weiter, ist der Schlachtensee, wo man herrlich baden kann. Im Grunde alles super, aber künftige Gäste sollten wissen, dass es bei großer Hitze auch im Apartment sehr warm wird und man trotz wertigen Deckenventilators ggf keine einfache Nacht hat. Alles in allem hatten wir vier tolle Tage und empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter!

Sehr schöne Umgebung

hallo, genau hier wollte ich unterkommen...am schönen Mexikoplatz ganz in der Nähe von Schlachtensee, Krumme Lanke, Wannsee, wo ich fast 25 Jahre gewohnt hatte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, 3te Etage. Blick in einen urwüchsigen schönen Garten mit alten Baumbestand. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön aufgeteilt, ein Balkon zur Südseite mit großem Schirm, Stühle, Tisch. Große Fenster, kleine Küchezeile mit allem was macht braucht. Eine Coach und ein Fernseher sind vorhanden . Schlafzimmer sehr gut, gutes Bett und Matratzen. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht. Die Badewanne ist ein wenig hoch für den Einstieg zum Duschen...für meinen Mann (87) schon etwas schwer gewesen, dort einzusteigen, aber machbar. Ist ja auch keine für hochbetagte ausgeschriebene Ferienwohnung. Thema Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ist soweit geputzt gewesen....aber nur oberflächlich. In den Ecken speziell war es staubig , tote Wespen und Fliegen , Staubflocken. Die Terrasse könnte auch eine Reinigung vertragen, die Glasflächen der Balkonbrüstung sind schmutzig und grün vom Moos. Das Treppenhaus im Eingangsbereich allerdings muß ich sagen ist verdreckt. !!! Da wird überhaupt nicht geputzt, obwohl mehrere Parteien im Haus wohnen. Keine Ahnung warum das so ist. Fazit: sehr schöne Gegend , ruhig , schöne Wohnung, bei mehr Sauberkeit beste Voraussetzungen für einen tollen Berlinaufenthalt.

Die kleine Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet; sie entspricht voll den Bildern. Gerne saßen wir auf der Dachterrasse und haben den Blick ins Grüne genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Als Senioren haben wir die fußläufige Nähe zum Mexikoplatz mit seinen Bäckereien, Restaurants und der S-Bahn wertgeschätzt. Ein kleiner Tipp für regionale Küche: die "Derby-Klause" mit ihrem Biergarten ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Geräumige Dachwohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen. Auch ausreichend Handtücher, Handtuchhaken und sogar ein Radio vorhanden (als winziges zu verbessern: Sonemschutz). Gute und ruhige Lahe, S-Bahn in 5 Minuten Fußweg, Eisdiele Bä ker, Café und 2 ital. Restaurants ebenso.
