This hotel is good value and in a great location for exploring the sights in the centre of Berlin as it’s walking distance from Checkpoint Charlie and Potsdamer Platz. It’s quiet as the road is not too busy and has a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is nice, clean, good location. The receptionist wasn't rude, but also she wasn't welcoming. I stayed on 6 floor, room 602, next to the elevator and laundry room. I couldn't relax doing the day, because the staff was making so much noise. This Hotel has 7 floors, my advice who will read my review, not to accept rooms on any floor at this hotel if you will be given room number ending last 2 digits 02 or 00 On my floor it seems I was the only one , because doing my 2 days stay, I never met anyone.. I did bring to the attention of receptionist, that it's allot of noise where I'm staying, the receptionist advised me, next time you do reservation, request quite area of the hotel 🤔

Room had a good size, very clean, nice sheets and bed was okay. Not too soft. Coffee and tea available and a fridge for storing own drinks. Great location close to S-Bahn and if with a car, parking is for free outside of the hotel. Friendly staff. No noise from outside. Only remark is that the curtains were a bit see through. (Not all dark) Would recommend and pick one of these hotels next time :-)

location is very good, my room was clean, but it was not possible to regulate the heat, so the room was very cold. I told this to the staff , but from they reaction, they did not belive me , so the try to explaine to me how to use termostat :-) Hotel is nice, but the staff needs to be trained and educated .

Our room had a musty smell and the hallway constantly reeked of cigarettes. Shower drain was clogged so you have to be superrr fast. Bathroom door doesn’t close without fiddling with it. Mini fridge did not keep food cold and had a broken handle. Amenities are misleading/untrue if you book on Expedia.
