I would describe this as a good 3* plus hotel. The rooms are smallish but clean, smart and modern. The bathrooms are nice. The room could do with another mirror. The bed was very comfy and we slept well and the temperature was fine. The staff were helpful. The room could also do with a kettle and some stuff for hot drinks to make it a little better. It was very quiet when we were there over the Easter weekend. We did not have the breakfast which was E10. There is a cafe almost opposite which does fresh bread, lovely coffee and all sorts of pastries and sandwiches. We paid E6 for two people for coffee and a sandwich every morning. The hotel is very close to the tube station and you can easily walk to Potsdammer Place in about 10 minutes, and then on to the Brandesburg Gate in about 15 minutes. I would gladly stay here again. Booked as a package through Jet2.

Never been to Berlin but booked this as the deal was good and it seemed fairly central, well as central as you can get in Berlin. It's a quick walk from Potsdamer Platz and a 15 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Tiergarden, Checkpoint Charlie. There are a few huge shopping malls nearby too. I walked from the central train station which took about 25-30 mins and you pass some of the main sights in the area. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, mixed most days but a good selection. The only issue was the slow wifi, unless you paid for super fast. There are hire bikes outside but walk the's fun.

I stayed in this hotel just for 2 nights and was very satisfied. The rooms are equipped with elegant and cosy style, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very well located, just within walking distance to the nearest public transport station

All fixtures and fittings are there and it is laid out comfortably. Nice shower, good temperature. It had all that I was looking for in my hotel room for a one-night business stay. Potsdamer Platz is a bit of a walk away, which I did not mind and the Anhalter station is nearby, so plenty of opportunity to get in all directions. My bed, however, slanted to one side. That is really weird when trying to fall asleep and should not happen. I did not inspect the cause or point it out to reception (so they did not have the opportunity to fix it) because I simply used the other bed to sleep on. That is also the reason why I did not deduct a star.

In Berlin on business and offered this hotel instead of one I have used previously. Reception staff polite and efficient on arrival and hotel generally very clean. Reception loaned me a continental plug adaptor as I forgot mine. Nice touch by the hotel. My room was two beds pushed together and generally ok but basic with no tea making facilities which seems only to happen in Germany. Breakfast not an amazingly good experience with a smallish area to get your food and a toaste which never worked properly during my week long stay. Bar staff at night seemed to amount to one person who struggled with the concept of a group of people wishing to buy numerous drinks paid by an individual without accrediting all the drinks to separate rooms. In short as we in England call it “buying a round”. By no means a horrible experience at this hotel but room for much improvement in my opinion.

This hotel is nice small hotel with very nice rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff. There is only two negatives . 1st room does not have minibar 2nd hotel have nh berlin postadamer platz in name and it is 2km far away from postdamer platz and it is hard to explain to taxy driver... all the rest is really betterthan expected

Rooms were clean but small. Very quiet rooms. the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent - in the center of Berlin. Breakfast was nice too. Would recommend the hotel to my friends too and would come back in the future.

We wanted a cheap and cheerful short break to explore Berlin's Christmas market and decided to book this hotel due to the good reviews. The receptionists were friendly on arrival and checked us in quickly. The reception area was lovely and nicely decorated for Christmas! They were very helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us for the return journey. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a large TV and had plenty of storage space for luggage. The bathroom was immaculate and looked brand new. We got the room for a really good price and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. The location great - about a 10 minute walk to the Postdamer Platz Christmas market. It was only about a 5 minute walk to Anhalter Bahnolf subway station, you can't miss the "S" signs. We used the subway every day to explore the city, it doesn't take long to get to all of the main attractions and is very easy to navigate. We didn't realise until day 3 though that you have to get your tickets stamped before you get on the subway by the little machines in the station otherwise your ticket isn't valid - so just a little tip if you plan to use this! Turn left out of the hotel and literally just walk straight for the subway or Postdamer Platz. It's also within walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and Topographie of terror museum. The only reason I've marked this hotel as 4 star was because we thought the room was quite cold. I'm not sure if this was because Berlin was freezing itself and we struggled to warm up when we got in every evening, but we never managed to get comfortably warm in the room. But as we were only in the room to sleep it didn't really bother us too much, although for once we couldn't wait to get back to England for the weather! Overall this is a good hotel in a good location, especially for the price!

Clean, modern hotel with good sized rooms.beds were twin single beds strapped together by the bedding, but were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very professional. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge but maybe that’s a UK thing

Walking distance to many attractions and close to subway stations too. Very nice and clean room. We also love breakfast there, which was quite nice. We certaily like the Potsdamer platz hotel. We would stay next time.
