Bien, pero no repetiría

Los apartamentos están muy bien: limpios, todo en buen estado, personal muy amable, buena ubicación. Aunque un poco justitos en cuanto al tamaño. Por ejemplo, me ha faltado una mesa y silla para trabajar con el ordenador. También falta en el espacio de la cocina un horno o microondas para calentar comida (solo dispone de hornallas eléctricas). Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es la vista. Yo estaba en un segundo piso frente a la calle y, si bien con la ventana cerrada no había nada de ruido, la vista con la acera tan cerca (con los autos que pasan, el tranvía, etc.) era bastante poco relajante. Para pocos días está bien, aunque no repetiría.

The apartment was fabulous, checking in was very easy and we were able to contact staff for extra amenities. Only critique was the fully equipped kitchen did not have an oven or microwave which they should have specified in the listing.

The place is okay for the price, but unfortunately I have to say that their customer service is not good and really unhelpful. You can only reach them through WhatsApp messages — no calls — and every time you write, a different person replies. Overall, they seem quite disorganized. When I asked where I could find a new set of bedsheets, the first answer I got was: “What happened to yours?” which felt indiscreet and inappropriate. Then someone else told me I could find them in the basement… without actually giving me the code to the locker. I had to send another message, and yet another person finally gave me the proper instructions. They also provided only four coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, even though I had booked six nights. When I asked where I could get more pods (I was even willing to pay), they simply said they couldn’t help and couldn’t give me any more. Important to note: there’s no vending machine in the building. So there’s no way to buy coffee pods for their machine, no wine, no snacks — nothing. I’ve never seen that before. Also worth mentioning: there’s no washing machine or dryer in the building, and they don’t offer any external laundry service. So you’re invited to stay for a long stay, but you basically have access to no services and can barely even get fresh bedsheets or towels. Not to mention that they give you two pillows that are paper-thin, with no way to request extra. They need to up their game.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich super schön und cool eingerichtet. Es wird an alles gedacht: Tee, Kaffeekapseln, Wasser im Kühlschrank... allerdings ist der Kundenservice richtig schlecht und nur von 11.00-15.00 Uhr ist Personal vor Ort. Fehlt also etwas oder der Nachbar über einem ist eine Nachteule und bringt um 0.30 die Decke zum schwingen, ist man aufgeschmissen. Etwas trostlos wirkte auch der Eingangs/Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss. Es sind eigentlich ganz viele kleine hübsche Details, aber es ist dann doch nicht so ganz zu Ende gedacht. Und für "Notfälle" sollte das Management irgendwo ein kleines Lager deponieren. Es ist nämlich uncool eine funktionierende Küche zu haben, am Kochen zu sein und dann zu merken, dass sowohl Salz- wie auch Pfefferstreuer leer ist und man dann nirgends wo etwas finden kann.

We stayed at Limehome Berlin Prenzlauer Allee and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The sliding door in our room didn’t close properly, which made the street noise extremely loud — it was almost impossible to sleep for two nights. Despite reporting the issue several times and being promised a fix, no one ever came. Communication with support took hours, and we spent far too much time trying to get help. To their credit, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location is excellent. After a long back-and-forth, management eventually offered a partial refund and a room change, but it came far too late to save the stay. If you stay here, double-check that everything works upon arrival — and be prepared for slow customer service if something goes wrong.

I was looking forward to staying here but it was a real letdown in so many ways. There was no balcony,it had a door that opened outside but no balcony. The air con wasn't working so in the middle of the night we had to open the doors to cool down, that was every night for,,5 nights . The lighting is very dim which made it hard to read a book. The jug was broken which got replaced after a long process contacting the call center. We stayed for 5 nights and our towels weren't changed. You had to download an app to communicate and gain access to the unit. Very disappointed

Ottima struttura a 2 fermate di tram da Alexanderplatz di cui sono stata molto soddisfatta. Ambiente pulito, spazioso, ben illuminato, silenzioso con bagno di dimensioni comode e con cucina molto ben attrezzata e fornita di posate, padelle nuove, piatti e bicchieri a volontà, macchina del caffè Nespresso, bollitore, scottex, canovaccio per cucina, olio e sale). Se proprio devo trovare una mancanza è la mancanza di un forno a microonde. Balcone spazioso e tranquillo. Fare il check in è stato molto semplice perchè 10 minuti prima dell'orario previsto mi hanno mandato via email i codici per entrare nel portone centrale e nell'abitazione. Non c'è accoglienza di persone fisiche ma per me non è stato un problema perchè non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà e non ho avuto bisogno di ricorrere all'assistenza. A pochi passi c'è un supermercato molto fornito nel quale si trovano anche piatti pronti nel caso si voglia cenare in casa. La prossima volta che tornerò a Berlino sicuramente ritornerò in questa struttura. assolutamente

Kitchen stocked with utensils, fridge, cooker, but not used. Comfy bed. TV in odd position when you enter the room, but not a game changer & you can view tv from bed. Terrace view ok, but the weather wasn’t great. Decent shower, heated towel rail not working. Overall I’d stay again as didn’t spend much time in the room. Looks bigger on website but you do have room even for 2 people m. Wardrobe space enough too.

Wir hatten Zimmer 701 im obersten Stockwerk. Das Zimmer war modern und schön eingerichtet, allerdings nur mit einem Nachtkästchen. Der Balkon war sehr schmal, mit wackeligem Tisch, und durch eine gemauerte Umrandung wirkte er eingekastelt und wenig einladend. Der versprochene Stadtblick war nur seitlich und zum Hof, daher eher enttäuschend. Von außen macht das Gebäude keinen besonders guten Eindruck. Der Fernseher funktionierte anfangs nicht und wurde erst nach drei Tagen repariert. Die Sauberkeit war nur mittelmäßig, es war sichtbar nicht gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt nett, aber mit deutlichen Schwächen.
