Holiday between city bustle u. Country idyll in high quality 50m ² apartment

Our small holiday home is a 50 m² apartment and is located in a separate cottage with private entrance, small garden, terrace and conservatory. The accommodation is conveniently located and offers many opportunities for an individual holiday or a short break in the capital Berlin.
The apartment is ideal for couples, but is also very popular with families. It offers a total of 4 people (additional bed for 5. Person (toddler) possible), is lovingly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Children are welcome guests, as are small dogs. A highchair is available, space for a travel cot is also available. The property is fenced.
The apartment is handicapped accessible and wheelchair accessible. There are no steps. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
In the kitchen you will find a complete equipment.
The sleeping area comes up with a new box spring bed, the living room has a flat screen TV with satellite TV.
There is a play area for the little ones and information material (environment tips) for the adults.
Sheets and towels are in our linen package.
An initial equipment such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels, dish soap, filter bags, salt and sugar, etc. goes without saying. (We furnish the apartment as we wish and like it elsewhere). We also want to meet a certain quality standard without star classification. Our guests should feel comfortable with us.

The apartment is located on our residential property with private access and patio area with barbecue and sitting area and a winter garden for cool evenings. We strive for an individual care during your stay.
A parking space can be found on the doorstep.
Shops and restaurants are in the immediate area. The lake is within walking distance and very popular for walks. There is a playground and ice cream parlor, as well as an Italian restaurant with beer garden overlooking the lake. Falkensee Train Station is a 20-minute walk away and a bus stop is right on the doorstep. The center of Berlin is about 25 minutes by car.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

Eine sehr stilvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.Der Ort selbst ist sehr sauber.Aufpassen muss man auf vielen Gehwegen, weil dort mangels fehlender Radwege mit dem Fahrrad gefahren wird. Aber da die Gehwege sehr breit sind, ist es nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Gemütliche kleine FeWo

Die Zeit war gut, Check-in klappte reibunglos. Allerdings liegt die FeWo an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße mit vermt. ehemals Plattenbelag, so dass der Verkehr etwas störend war. Uns kam auch die Gesamtfläche kleiner als 50 qm vor. Es war nur ein Raum, Küche (ohne Tür) und ein Wintergarten.Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Zunächst fehlten Schneidebrettchen, aber diese wurden direkt nachgeliefert von der Vermieterin. Evtl. wäre noch eine größere Schüssel (zum Salatmachen) hilfreich gewesen, aber wir haben uns anderweitig beholfen. Die FeWo hat kein WLAN.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Meine Freundin hat sich direkt in die schöne Ferienwohnung verliebt. Man sieht, dass es mit viel liebe und einem Auge für Detail eingerichtet wurde. Es gibt eine Küche in welcher wir (teilweise nach etwas suchen) alles gefunden hatten. Wir haben uns in der Woche selbst versorgt und ganz normal kochen können. Eventuell wäre etwas mehr Besteck nett gewesen, damit man nur 1x mit der Spülmaschine alles zusammen spülen kann, aber ein paar Löfel von Hand spülen hat jetzt auch keinem weh getan. Die Wohnung ist direkt gegenüber von einer Schule, welche aber nie gestört hat. Praktisch ist es , dass die Bushalte stelle ebenfallzdirekt vor der Tür ist. Das einize wirklich negative wäre das fehlende W-Lan. Das ist leider noch problematischer wenn man an den schlechten Netzausbau in Deutschland denkt. Teilweiser kein netz zu haben ist leider öfter vorgekommen, was und sie Planung etwas verschwert hat. Ich bin mit aber sicher, dass wir nochmal hinfahren werden. Die Wohnuzist einfach großartig

Das Ferienhaus mit kleinem Wintergarten ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Unkomplizierter Check in/ Check out,Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

optimaler Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr saubere, funktionelle Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man braucht, Lage sehr ruhig, trotz der Großstadt Nähe. Waren mit zwei Hunden da, toller Auslauf am See nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Hunde konnten auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, Garten eingezäunt.

Schöne kleine FeWo, alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Von hier aus kann man prima Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen. Man ist auch schnell in Berlin und Potsdam... Dankeschön.
