Spacious but cold apartment in great location

Apartment is in a great area, has comfortable beds and was very clean. However there was a water leak in the bathroom which had caused serious damage to the living room floor with loose rotten floor boards. The central hesting seemed to be on a timer which couln't be controlled from the flat and the radiators needed bleeding as even when heating on they would not get properly hot. The apartment was freezing cold in the evenings! We informed the management company but no action was taken.damage to the luving room floor

Kurztrip Berlin

Für ein paar Tage in Berlin war das Appartement Top. Es ist fast genau so wie im Internet beschrieben, den Garten haben wir allerdings vergeblich gesucht. Die Lage ist gut und die U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken kann man im Parkhaus gleich bei der U-Bahn. Das Appartement liegt im Hinterhaus sa das man von der Straße nichts mitbekommt. Es ist gut ausgestattet, für die Küche hatten wir uns noch etwas mehr erhofft.Der Fußboden vor dem Bad ist kaputt und sollte dringend repariert werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können das Appartement mit kleinen Abstrichen empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Berlin et avons été enchantés par notre bel appartement que nous nous réjouissions de retrouver chaque soir après avoir sillonné la ville. Spacieux, lumineux, extrêmement calme -il donne sur une cour intérieure arborée-, il est en outre situé dans un quartier agréable, bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le supermarché tout proche, ouvert de 6h à 23h, est également un vrai plus. L'agence allemande qui gère l'appartement s'est en outre montrée très réactive en répondant aux diverses questions que nous avons pu poser. Très belle expérience.
