Very basic, clean hotel.

Very basic, relatively cheap hotel. Clean but with plumbing problems ... water leak from the sink. In another room the knob that lifts the plug in the sink was missing. Sink was blocked with the plug and the water couldn't drain.

Slightly shabby and blisteringly hot. The room was too hot no matter how the thermostat was adjusted. Corridors and stairwells were hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. Booked online in a B&B hotel only to find on arrival that breakfast was not included and cost an extra EU10.50 per person. Entry off the street was open 24 hours but not monitored.

Perfectly adequate

This hotel is perfectly adequate if you're going to be out most of the day like we were. The hotel in general is a bit dated but the rooms were practical and clean. The shower was a bit rusty but nothing awful. The rooms do get incredibly hot even when it is cold outside. It is quite loud to sleep with the window open so you have to choose between being hot or it being loud! Overall, it is fine. I think it is a bit expensive for what it is but was one of the cheapest options we could find.

Originally given a twin room when we booked a double room. The room was basic but clean but overlooked a flat roof that was strewn with vegetation and rubbish. When we complained we were given what we booked, being advised that this was a common problem with the Hotels.com website. The new room was in the attic and the air conditioning did not work, so the room was hot. As such, we had to leave the window open wide all evening.

10 Day Stay B and B Hotel Berlin-Ost

A friendly hotel to stay at a budget price. As UK visitors our only issue was the lack of a kettle to make hot drinks in your room. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Our room at the back was very quiet.
