New modern hotel, close to center and public transport. Easy to get to from the different tourists spots in the city. Breakfast buffet is huge and really good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Gym is also good with different equipment.
Upon entry already surprised about the huge lobby. The rooms are very luxurious and perfect beds. At breakfast the choice is very wide. Close to the subway -walking distance- and after a long day working the sky bar at the 14th floor is impressive with its view
This hotel has what everyone needs.. great rooms, great breakfest, close to the S-bahn, great service and a Suna. I stayed here over a long weekend in March was pleased the staff was great and helpful! and is reachable to everything in Berlin with the easy to use s-bahn, and about a 10 euro taxi trip to Alexander platz. Overall I will be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin!
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and there's an excellent breakfast. Tram goes just in front of the hotel and bike rental make it is easy to go around in the city. Would warmly recommend.
Very modern and clean hotel.Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with amazing bathroom include bath and big shower.Good location- very close to train and tram station.Breakfast with a lots of choice.Strongly recommended!
I stayed here with my family over the Easter weekend. The location was great with public transport right out side and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were well appointed and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. It was my sisters birthday so we booked in at the Peridot restaurant which was the only one open. The menu was small but the food was good, the service after we got our food needs to be improved as we sat with empty plates for 30 minutes and no additional drinks or desserts offered. My main complaint is that there is no lobby bar. The only bar at the hotel is the Sky Bar which can seat maybe 60 people including people not staying at the property. Therefore trying to get a seat is near enough impossible and even thou we had a special occasion they said we could not book even thou there was reserved seating when we arrived?? The drinks at the sky bar were very expensive with cocktails starting at 11 euros which is nice for a treat but if you just want to relax with a drink after a day of sight seeing a lobby bar would be great. All in all I had a lovely stay but an extra bar would definitely help
My sister's boyfriend booked the hotel for 4 of us. I was impressed when I checked out the website, however, I am aware that sometimes the website isn't a true reflection of the hotel, so didn't get my hopes up. But, when we arrived at the hotel, I was so happy that we were staying there. We were able to upgrade to a suite at a special rate, the hotel was bright & clean, every single member of staff were happy & friendly. The variety of food at breakfast was perfect & the extension of being able to have breakfast until 1.30pm on a Sunday, was a much added bonus. We visited the Sky Bar & had some lovely cocktails & beer whilst watching the sunset over Berlin. The hotel is easy to reach by tram, the efficient German transport system definitely helps. Would without a doubt recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is truly excellent! The staff is service minded and welcoming, the reception area is beautiful, the rooms are modern and clean and the breakfast is fantastic! The hotel is right next to a tube and tram station, so it's super easy to get around town and to/from the airport! Thanks for a great stay!
Hotel was very large near good transport links but wanted to get a drink in the evening. Only one small sky bar which was full. No lobby bar or anywhere even for coffee!! Advertised a lounge as available for free tea coffee soft drinks for executive floor people but when we went to use it it was locked. When queried they said you had to book it at €50 per day!!
This was our first trip to Berlin and this hotel did not disappoint. We were traveling with our 14 year old son and were upgraded to a junior suite which gave us extra space. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and offered great variety. We loved the Skybar and it's fabulous cocktail menu. The location is great, so close to the tram stop making everything Berlin has to offer very accessible. Concierge very helpful too. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.
