Room was full of dirty laundry and bedsheets. No staff on duty. Nobody answered the phone. Other guests were leaving because of broken shower and no toilet paper. I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment.
