Great stay at this location. The host was very responsive, and check in was a breeze. Great location. Super close to Walmart Headquarters as well as a local Walmart store for groceries etc. House was well stocked, comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.

The property was neat and tidy with everything we needed. It was close to the area we needed to be (race venue), as well as amenities. I did not realize the property was in an apartment/condo complex. Due to this, the privacy wasn't what was expected. That being said, the locals/neighbors we interacted with were very nice.

This was a clean, really cute property. It included all the amenities you would want, including coffee. I appreciated the email asking we needed anything and a full list of check-out instructions. However there were a lot of strange ones as well. After about 7:00 the first night I received a message asking me not to wear shoes in the house. The timing was strange as that was 3 hrs after check-in and that was not listed in the house rules. I don't wear shoes in the house anyway, but it was odd timing. Another odd request was that upon checkout I take a photo of the remote on the coffee table with a threat of a fine if I did not. Additional threats were a 250 charge for every 10 mins we stayed past checkout time. As well as additional charges for "excessive cleaning." We made sure that we were out 30 mins prior to checkout and documented the state of the property in which we left it. It seems to be a new trend for VRBO hosts to email/text several times during your stay. We were there to work and I didn't have time to respond to all of them. Most of the properties I email making sure that all is in order and possibly one with check out instructions and that's it. Room for improvement: the only tv at the property is in the living room and the couch is really uncomfortable especially for 2 people. Consider adding a TV to one of the bedrooms or a slightly larger couch. The property was clean and quite and very well maintained and nice and cool on arrival.

Great for a Quick Getaway

We enjoyed the apartment. There were somethings that were addressed with the owner, but communication was great! I will say that the surrounding apartments tenants made me a little nervous coming in late from softball each night.

Nice stay

Location was great. Easy travel around town. Beds were very comfortable. We brought our own pillows, so didn't use ones provided. Having two desk was nice, since we both worked from location. Internet dropped connection a few times everyday, but we managed. We are a little spoiled, so having a single bathroom took a little getting use to, but that wasn't bad. Overall we would stay again when back in town.

Great Stay

My teenage daughter & I came to Bentonville to check out the art museums in town. This apartment was a great fit for us - short drives to everything we wanted to see & lovely decor. It is an apartment, so it’s busier than places we normally stay; but my daughter thought that was fun & different. We would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay & responsive host

This worked out fine for my son and me as a place to stay while mountain biking in Bentonville. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and requests. Everything was very clean inside. The only issue is that I was hoping to be closer to the central bike trail system downtown. It’s not too far, but you have to cross through busy traffic to get to the downtown area. I wasn’t crazy about riding our bikes through this with my young son. We ended up driving to the downtown area each time & riding from there, which worked fine.

Great location to enjoy Bentonville

We used this as our “jumping off” point. We both were so surprised at how quiet it was since it is an apartment complex. We had to open a window to sleep because all the hot air rises to the top floor but once we did that we were able to sleep. I would stay there again, especially for the price.
