Spa services, including massages and facials, are also available by appointment. BLAKEST ACCESS IS NOT INCLUDED in the nightly rate and is charged separately. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

My husband and I took our two boys (11 and 8) for a few days to enjoy the mountain bike trails, and this place was perfect. The location is ideal - within walking distance to the square, which made it easy to walk over for meals and shopping. We walked to Walmart to pick up a few things to make breakfast. You can store your bikes in the garage and ride straight out, as the trailhead is right behind the house.The home is three stories, with bedrooms on the top floor and the kitchen and living space on the second. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had a TV, which was a win for both us and the kids. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and were very happy with everything.
