Balcony—NA. The kitchen provided cutlery, dishes, and such. Our major concern was the noise created within. The tile floors throughout do bot buffer the sound.

Great location in between Coler and Slaughter pen trails. Close to downtown. Kitchen has all the basics but is light on small appliances and utensils for such a large house (no blender for example). Otherwise a great value and nice place.

The place is gorgeous and nice easy bike ride to down town. We stayed there for mountain biking and it was perfect for our group of 10 guys!

Modern home

Modern home with very close proximity to downtown Bentonville. The house accommodated are teens and adults comfortably. The only downside was there were not enough pots and pans, a blender, or toilet paper. But check in and check out went well. Having garage parking is a plus.

A great space

This property served as an ideal space to host a family gathering. It was beautifully decorated with many lovely amenities to keep the adults comfortable and the children entertained. Excellent communication and prompt resolution from the host after a small issue with cleanliness. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Great location with plenty of space!

Property was clean and had plenty of space for 14 of us. Garage was great space to store and lock up bikes over night. There are two sets of washer and dryers which made it very easy to keep up with amount of towels and clothes needing washed during our trip. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with basics. Fridge and double oven made it easy to store and prepare all the meals we planned. Location is perfect if you want to be central to both Slaughter Pen and Coler bike trail systems. Great price for the space and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!

From the second we pulled up to The Lux I was in love with this home. It was a perfect place for our family to stay while we visited our son and daughter in law. It was spacious and slept everyone comfortably. You could tell the owners were precise about every detail while building this home, and it did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be booking again! One suggestion…maybe offer darker hand towels for makeup. I usually bring my own and forgot, and I hated getting the white towels dirty. Overall 10/10!!

A short trip

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family (7 of us total). Location is within walking distance for older kids and definitely perfect for bikes. With 5 teenagers, there was plenty of room to spread out.
