Hermoso y espacioso condominio en el último piso en el corazón del centro de South Haven. A solo una cuadra de la calle principal, esta unidad bañada por el sol se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor que está cerca de toda la acción. Camine a la playa, a las tiendas, a los bares, a los restaurantes, al cine o al mirador de patinaje sobre hielo (durante los meses de invierno). Disfrute de todas las comodidades del hogar en el Eagle Street Retreat: una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente amueblada, un balcón ventoso completo con área para comer y una parrilla. La suite principal tiene una bañera relajante y el segundo baño completo tiene una ducha. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Street Retreat so much that we are all ready planning another one. The condo was warm and well decorated. It supplied everything we needed. The elevator was a nice plus at the end of a long day. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Oh and did I mention Monica. She is an outstanding property owner/contact. Plus- they have a gift basket of treats! We will be back for sure.

Amazing condo and location

The condo was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at through a VRBO. Everything was there that we could possibly need including fun snacks, which my daughter loved! You cannot beat the location. We parked our car on the first day there and didn’t need to drive it again. We walked to the beach, we walked to the sunset, we walked dinner, and walked to all of the shopping. Coming back to South Haven, I will never stay anywhere else! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Everything you need at your fingertips, from a welcome binder with places to go, to info on restaurants with menus. Beautifully decorated, and extremely clean! Would highly recommend, exceeded expectations!

The perfect spot

We loved staying at this property. Nice, clean, well stocked. We loved the little patio that gave a peak of the water. The location was perfect, right downtown but on a less busy street - shopping and restaurants all right there and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very Nice

Very nice condo. Close to everything. Park the car and walk. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and pots/pans were in excellent condition. Had several communications with the owner. She responded quickly to our questions and checked on us to make sure we were doing OK. We would book again.

Couldn’t be better

After staying in beach towns in Michigan for many years, this condo was more than we ever expected in this new-to-us town. Every creature comfort that we could want was in this beautiful, comfy, cozy condo. From the soft, delicious-smelling towels to the lovely sheets on the comfortable beds and everything in between, we would stay here every time if we were to come back in the future. Everything you could need for a carefree vacation was in this house. She even carried top-of-the-line plastic wrap and tinfoil! Lol! Even sound machines in both bedrooms! Everything was super clean, and we didn’t even find one scrap of evidence of people who stayed before. We loved the beautiful master bathroom and the free parking. South Haven is a beautiful town, so please enjoy yourself and rest easy in this beautiful condo.

Great condo and perfect location

The condo provided us with a great home base that had most everything we needed for our visit. Its very well stocked, and when we didn't remember to bring condiments, we were happy to see there was even a little stash of mustard and mayo packets in the cabinet. We really enjoyed the location being so close to the downtown and river areas. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Our group chose to drive to the beach so we could haul everything we needed, but we walked everywhere else. It was very quiet during the week, and a little busier on the weekend, but as requested by the city, it quiets down nicely after 10pm. There is some truck/delivery traffic, but nothing problematic. We used the balcony morning, noon and night. It was lovely sitting out there since we had perfect weather. Monica was great to work with, and always responded promptly to questions. Our group of 4 adults loved the condo and the location, and found we had plenty of room without feeling crowded. We would recommend it to anyone staying in South Haven. Thank you Monica!

Great property

The condo was as advertised. Located close to downtown but not too close so the noise was a problem. Monica was a joy to deal with and kept in constant contact with us to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in South Haven.

Very nice condo in a great location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here in South Haven. The location downtown is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The property is in great shape and very well equipped. Highly recommended!

Great Get-away!

We are first-time VRBO customers and found this condo while looking for a place in South Haven, MI., where we used to own a summer house. It was nice getting reacquainted with SH. View of 4th of July fireworks was great from the balcony. Very comfortable condo for 4-6 people. Hope to return in the fall.....

Winter weekend in South Haven

Loved this condo that sits a block off of Phoenix St with all SoHa's restaurants and shops. Perfect location and even had a peekaboo view of the lake! Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Condo was lovely. Well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Location excellent (one block off main (Phoenix) street but very quiet. I had a few questions regarding wifi and Monica was quick to respond with detailed "how-to" info. Her speedy response and genuine concern were very reassuring. She gets five stars. I believe that she truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay and it shows. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us this week.

This was my second stay @ this lovely condo & once again it did not disappoint. The new bathroom in the master bedroom is beautiful! This condo was clean, comfortable & a short block from Phoenix Street where all the shops & restaurants are located. We will be returning next year!

South Haven Getaway

A delightful condo. Close to restaurants, shops, beach and lighthouse. Unit offered many amenities. We could easily cook at home when we wished. The balcony was awesome. And the new shower was like being at a spa.

Awesome stay in South Haven

This is an an amazing property that was exactly why we were looking for in downtown South Haven. Everything is walking distance from the building. The unit is extremely well equipped, comfortable and upscale. The master walk-in shower is awesome. Walking distance to beaches on both sides of the river. We perfect the north side and went there every day. Monica was great tot deal with and a great hostess...there was a nice welcome basket of goodies waiting for us upon arrival. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Good Location and value

This place is a good location to walk main DT where shops, restaurants and walking to south beach, splash pad and lighthouse. North beach is short drive but a nicer beach. This is a good location for the price. I rent in VBRO all the time and prefer the ones that at least keep on hand sugar for coffee, oil and spices for cooking. You must bring everything you need for eating in. They have all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans, but only salt and pepper. The dishwasher was nice. Last year we rented a place without one and that totally sucked. It was nice to have foil and plastic wrap on hand and a few storage containers. We ate 90% of meals in because we also had an infant. There is no tub if you have a child that would prefer bath. We had an infant tub we laid in shower so it worked for us but she was only 6 months old. It was nice to have 2 queen beds if vacationing with another couple. Many places did not have this. Was a little irritated that my daughter’s car was hit while parked in the condo lot that was practically empty while we went to the beach. Beds could be more comfortable. Sleep is a big deal on vacation. I remember all the places I stay that have awesome beds because it is rare. They do not recycle here so my daughter went home with a bag of cans to bring to Meijers and I went home with a bin of other recycling. I refuse to fill landfills with recycling. This is becoming a pet peeve of mine with rentals and feel vbro needs to start putting a green rating on rentals. I would recommend overall.

Great location

We loved our long weekend in South Haven. The property is in a great location. Just steps to the shops and restaurants and not very far from South Beach with splash park, playground and public beach access. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodations

The condo is one block over from the quaint main drag with shops and restaurants, so is an easy walk. The pier is also close and walkable, the beach is a little farther and we chose to drive - but definitely walkable if you’re up for it. The condo itself is exactly as pictured, very comfortably furnished, and made an excellent home base to explore the region. The free parking directly behind the building and an elevator to the third floor unit made for easy access, and moving in and out was a breeze. Monica, the property owner is not on site, but very attentive with communications, and provided simple checkin and exit instructions. Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

South Haven Gem

Monica's property is close to all the restaurants and shopping and the condo has everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. From the welcome goody basket, easy check-in process and clear communication during our trip, Monica made sure we had a vacation to remember. The giant master shower was a huge upgrade and the balcony offers great views of the heart of South Haven's downtown activity. We will certainly consider visiting Monica's property in the future!
