Atlantis, a lovely 3-room apartment renovated in 2019, will be the ideal base for your stay in Bénodet.

Located 250m from the beach, with its tastefully decorated living room, its equipped kitchen and its 2 beautiful bedrooms, it has all the necessary comfort so that you will not lack anything: wifi, private parking space.

Accommodation
Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, the 54m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It is arranged as follows:

Day area
- A bright living room of 18m², facing south, including a comfortable TV lounge area and a convivial dining table for 4 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine...
From the kitchen, you will have the chance to observe the sea.

Night area
- Two double bedrooms of 10m²: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed
- A shower room with washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine

Outside
The condominium has a 300m² enclosed communal garden, with a picnic table and washing lines.
