The guy Rajesh from the GYM , professional , guide me and all the intention that I was needed , the rooms always clean , treatment, the Bar wow ... sure I’m going to back soon, I need to be there soon ;)
I travel to Bengaluru for business and this is the second time I’m here for a whole two weeks. My last visit was in December ‘16. I was more than happy to come back to the Oberoi for this long stay. Everything about this place is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and housekeeping pays such great attention to detail. Both times I stayed they left me a gift at the room. I mean - where else do you stay where housekeeping notices your deodorant is going low and leaves a new one in your room? Super special shout out to Sulekha! Most evenings I just grab a bit to eat at the Polo Club bar. Food is great and cocktails are amazing and always fresh and original. You just tell the guys what kind of drinks you like and they’ll surprise you with drinks and ingredients you would otherwise never have tried. I was well pleased to see that Jitin was still working at the Polo Club. He’s been here for both of my visits and has made me feel very welcome, is a great conversationalist, and makes the best Long Island on the northern hemisphere. Especially happy to see a similar friendly face - a person that remembered me from my last stay! My time here wouldn’t quite be the same without Jitin ;) I had one dinner at Szechuan Court (Chinese) and one at Rim Naam (Vietnamese). Both were amazing. The wait staff’s knowledge of the wine list was impeccable and food was great. I almost always follow their recommendations for both food and wine and they have never done me wrong. Neelam at Rim Naam was great. She suggested great food and went above and beyond - as I see it - to run after the wine I had and liked the day before ;) As it’s mostly business that brings me here I don’t know if and when I will be back in Bengaluru. One thing is for sure though: If I come back, and I know exactly where I’d stay. And Jitin better still be here ;-)
I have visited this hotel after a very long time and it still have the same charm and best place to be The Oberoi service food and hospitality is always to look forward to as they have been the best Try all the outlets and the best place to be is Rim naam and it's one of its kind ! I definitely recommend this hotel as well as all the outlets to every one!
I stayed in the Oberoi, Bangalore last week. This is my 4th stay in this hotel. There's been a very evident drop in the standard. While the staff in all areas were delightful, my overall experience was not so great, Service in the restaurants was very good and professional at all times. While check out was efficient the billing was very messy and 3 efforts to get it correct.
I visited this hotel during a 3 week business trip and the service at this hotel was the best. The hotel itself is in a good location and within a short distance to the commercial areas. The rooms do look a little traditional however this in keeping with the property and was reallly comfortable. The service from all staff was really good, nothing was too much trouble and I was greeted with a smile from the day i arrived to the day I left. I would recommend staying here as I pointed out the rooms are not modern and not something i usually go for, but the service you receive is amazing. This hotel is a credit to the Oberoi group.
The Oberoi, Bangaluru is not to be missed. From the moment you turn into the property, you are whisked away to a luxurious sanctuary. The grounds are glorious, the staff was absolutely lovely - - to a person, and the room is beautiful and well-appointed. Last week was my third stay at the Oberoi and it lived up to my memories. Bangalore is a loud and bustling city but the grounds of the hotel, though very centrally located, are a quite respite. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all - no matter your reason to be in Bangalore.

Was here for a business lunch on a Friday. Loved the ambience. A tropical rainforest setting right in the heart of the city. Add to it that it was raining on the day I visited. Simply beautiful, Simply relaxing. Oh and the food was great too!
It was a very comfortable experience to stay here. I quite enjoy eating/sitting in the polo bar and swimming in the outdoor swimming pool with a wonderful weather. I would love staying here again next visit at Bangalore.
