We welcome you to the Landes coast, at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain, for a comfortable stay for two. Only 10km from the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor, our rental benefits from an ideal location for discovering the ocean, the dunes, golf and engaging in all water sports while enjoying a relaxing setting. Relaxation, idleness, sports, nature, gastronomy... it's up to you to compose your program for a pleasant holiday in the Landes. A wooden house to discover very quickly... Our cottage, clad in wood, is modern and bright. Built on one level (one step at the entrance), it is composed a living room with TV lounge area (single convertible sofa. possibility of an additional person with a supplement of €10/night) and WIFI, a dining area and an open equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combined grill and microwave oven), a bedroom facing south (1 bed 160x200), a bathroom (shower with extra flat tray, washing machine) with toilet. Baby equipment can be provided on request: travel cot and high chair. A private covered terrace of 18m² extends the interior living space with garden furniture, two sun loungers and a barbecue. It offers a lovely view of the family vegetable garden maintained daily but discreetly. Vehicle parking is in the property's private parking lot (also including the owners' house).
