Comfortable and clean

This home had plenty of space for five adults. The main kitchen-dining-living room space was great for socializing and spending time together. The deck and hot tub were plusses. The management company was responsive and helpful when we had questions. There were plenty of towels (I took beach towels and didn't need to) and the bath products provided were really nice.

Average Sunriver Rental House

We were expecting a little more considering the very high summer rate we paid. The house itself and the furnishings seemed cheap but nice. This is not a VRBO property; it's managed through another company. Pros: good communication with mgmt company, easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, clean and quiet. Cons: lots of stairs, steep driveway, loose spindles on outside entry stairs vibrate, much darker inside than the pictures show especially downstairs, no room in garage for a car, not safe for an older person, bring your own bikes or rent as the bikes here are tired and uncomfortable. We slept here to be close to a family reunion down the street where we spent most of our time in their beautiful, light, well-appointed home.

Perfect location for a Sunriver stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to. Property management had fantastic communication and could be reached virtually any time, even offering to refill toiletries if need be. The place was thoroughly cleaned, and the AC had the house perfectly cool when we arrived. Would stay again!

Convenient location south of Bend, OR

The property was clean and as advertised. Easy check-in and -out, great communication from the mgmt co. Decided to stay here because of the right number of room for kids, parents, and grandparents. We used this as a jumping-off point for other adventures. 1.5 hours from Crater Lake NP and there are caves to explore nearby. Get to the High Desert Museum if you can, it’s a wonderful gem. Just be sure to get to dinner in Sunriver early, the places can really fill up.

As listed!

This house is perfect for a family with great division of space. We found it to be clean and comfortable! The location is lovely. No neighbors right behind the house! Walkable to the playground and an easy bike rider car ride to everything else. Her only request would’ve been to have more toiletries from the management company as they only gave one set for each bathroom but we had a large family staying there. We’d definitely return!

Slice of paradise

Our family enjoyed this property so much. Nicely located close enough to SHARC & The Village. The house, hot tub, games, & layout were perfect. Our highlight was my son learning how to play ping pong there & playing everyone (becoming the ping pong assassin). My favorite was the deck and lower deck seating areas to read and soak up the outdoors. The property management company was top notch, all the correspondence was done quickly, they were so lovely & accommodating.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

Great house in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. House was clean and Cascara checked several times during stay to make sure we didn't have any issues. that needed to be addressed. The check out process was really easy.

Doesn't get much better!

We have rented numerous vacation homes in Sunriver over the years and this one did not disappoint. 6 adults and 1 child all slept, ate, and relaxed very comfortably. The bikes were very much appreciated as was the ping pong and fusbol tables. If I had to criticize anything it would be that this home does not have a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, but I knew that when I booked it. The location was perfect for quick trips to SHARC and the village. Speaking of SHARC, HUGE thank you for the passes, we spent 2 whole afternoons at the pool and had a great time!!!! Can't wait for our next trip.
